“Nothing compares to RH for project managment!

The flexibility of this product is amazing. We can customize our forms to suit our specific needs. One of the best aspects of RoboHead is their exceptional Help Desk staff! They are incredibly responsive and always follow up to ensure we have what we need. I love everything about this system!

I can't think of anything I would change about RH. It suits my needs perfectly.

I like the fact that I am being able to track the capacity and utilization of team members. It helps me understand their workload and availability.

Cons

There is a slight issue when trying to move a particularly short task on the Gantt chart. Clicking on it results in modifying the task instead of moving it.

It's an excellent tool for keeping all project components and updates on track. Additionally, it serves as a great connectivity tool that allows contractors to access it just like employees.

Occasionally, when I include a large attachment or there are numerous comments, the Save button can freeze which requiresme to start my specific edit from the beginning.

Pros

RoboHead excels at organizing projects and is very thorough. Assigning tasks is great. However, as an in-house design team we didn't require many of the features.

Cons

The main reason we switched was that we didn't need all the features. This software is better suited for agencies with billing rather than in-house teams. While we still track time, many of our projects are completed without a detailed step by step review process.
