The tool is very simple to use and still feels complete. The task feature is what we rely on most especially for reminder alerts when a task is started and when it's finished.

It has been a very user friendly, visual and well-rounded tool for managing projects. Plus it brings together all the features needed for collaboration across different teams which makes workflows, communication and progress tracking much more agile.

Well the only challenge was getting it implemented across the company team since some people were not very familiar with using tools like this.

Everything about it is user friendly so you can get comfortable with it quickly. It makes planning and following your tasks, schedules and projects practical and simple. Even people who are not very skilled with this kind of tool can still use it without much trouble.

Cons

The downsides, in my view, are not being able to hide certain activity information and not having a better way to manage the time spent on each task. Aside from that, it is definitely worth using.

One of the best parts of using it has been how simple it is to keep projects organized and stay connected with the team and everything they're working on. Those are probably the standout features for me.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind as a downside right now. If anything, it can feel a bit packed with information for my personal use though I can see how those extra features would be useful for other people.

One of the best parts for me is the work board and how flexible it is since I can set up the exact categories I need to keep my to-do list organized. The timeline is another really valuable feature because it helps me stay on top of deadlines at all times. Adding team members was also very easy and quick.

Cons

It would be even better with stronger integration for meeting tools like Microsoft Teams. Having the ability to see upcoming meetings directly in it, along with sharing files, projects and workflows through Teams, would make day to day task management feel even more organized.

Pros

Asana has been incredibly customizable for our needs and it fits in really well with the tools we already use especially Google Workspace, Salesforce and Slack.

Cons

One thing I do wish is that Goals and Portfolio were included in the Premium tier. Those features would be really valuable for our organization but since we're such a small team, it's tough to justify upgrading to the next subscription level.

I don't really have any complaints. Even so there's always a need to stay constantly updated and keep improving in order to offer an even better service.

As a team project management tool, it's a very user friendly option. Being able to attach all kinds of documents and organize everything on a board based on different needs makes it especially practical.

When it comes to projects, I sometimes miss having the option to group them in ways other than just the favorites tag. It would be much more useful to create custom groupings depending on specific needs since teams often handle many projects and the favorites filter alone isn't always enough.

Using this tool on a daily basis is very practical, mainly due to its ease of use, the way charts and performance indicators are presented and the integrations available.

At the same time there are some limitations in certain types of creations within the platform, as well as restrictions in some integrations.

Compared with Jira, this is one of the best project management tools to start with and I'd definitely recommend trying the freemium version. The interface is very user friendly so there's really no need to spend extra time or resources training employees.

Across our firm Asana has become a core part of how we handle team management and assign tasks. It gives us clear visibility into project progress across different resources and it also works well for keeping internal communication flowing between team members.

I really haven't run into any major problems with the platform. The only minor thing I have noticed is that mobile notifications can be a little delayed At times but aside from that, everything has been working well.
