“Helpful task tracking”
Pros
Working across different departments was much more manageable because the platform let us keep track of project status with multiple colleagues in one place. It also showed exactly who was responsible for completing each task which made following up a lot simpler.
Cons
It could still use a few more features. When I used it, I didn't come across a scheduling option and I also never received reminder emails in my inbox.

“Brilliant for team tasks”
Pros
Asana has been brilliant for our team as a task management tool. We originally signed up for it just for our three-person marketing team and it's been a really useful place to share all of our projects and daily tasks.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with it at all. It's simple to use and being free makes it even better.

“helps quick team collaboration”
Pros
The tool is simple and it really helps the team communicate quickly while keeping everyone aware of how much work has already been completed.
Cons
At times the platform can feel a bit heavy but it's nothing that outweighs the overall benefits.

“excellent value for price”
Pros
Its functionality is really strong, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent and it makes it very simple to involve team members and collaborators in the work.
Cons
One small downside is the design especially the pop up windows as I'd prefer them to be a bit larger.

“Clean dashboard for team tasks”
Pros
The dashboard has a modern, user friendly feel and I really appreciated having a dedicated space where the whole team could build and manage shared to-do lists together.
Cons
The thing that bothered me was how every interaction triggered an email which quickly overloaded my inbox. It also felt a bit confusing trying to track down older conversations within a specific project.

“Organized projects in one place”
Pros
Keeping up with work used to be difficult for me because I have a lot going on and Asana has been an incredible help with that. It's made everything feel much more organized and manageable. I can oversee projects from one central place instead of bouncing between different tools which saves a lot of time. The platform is also very user friendly so even someone with no background in project management software can start using it comfortably without needing prior experience with tools like Trello, Google Docs or Slack.
Cons
One area that could be better is the integrations and moving from one project to another could also be more hassle free.

“keeps projects organized”
Pros
Keeping work tasks organized is much simpler with it. Also it is easy to use, works really well for both project and task management and helps cut down on unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Cons
I noticed that it doesn't offer built-in integration with Microsoft the way Slack does.

“Flexible project planning boost”
Pros
The best parts of this software is how it lets you split a large project into smaller pieces and goals which makes tasks quicker to handle and helps you plan even more effectively. It's also customizable so you can adjust it based on the kind of project you're working on.
Cons
At this point I haven't come across anything I dislike about this software.

“Helpful tracking”
Pros
Its tracking tools have been really helpful for keeping up with my workload and responsibilities, thanks to several features that make things feel more manageable. I enjoy creating checklists and marking tasks off once they're done. It's also useful for planning future events and organizing brainstorming ideas. Another feature I appreciate is being able to set task reminders while still having the flexibility to edit them afterward.
Cons
One thing I wish it supported is assigning more than one person to a single task. It also isn't the most user friendly option for people who aren't already familiar with it. I was introduced to it at a previous job and later tried bringing it to my new team but my coworkers weren't very comfortable with it because it didn't feel easy to them. I also think it would help a lot to have step-by-step tutorial videos available since the support resources don't feel very strong.

“Work from anywhere convenience”
Pros
Being able to use it from anywhere and on any device is a big plus and I can even manage things straight from my email. Getting notifications directly in my inbox is also really convenient.
Cons
Keeping up with project status can get confusing if I miss a few updates. It would help a lot to have some kind of progress tracker that shows how far along a task is.

“Flexible task grouping”
Pros
Compared with a lot of project management tools, this one lets us create separate groups for each task which is really useful. Adding tasks and assigning people is just a simple drag-and-drop process and there's also a comment option so updates can be shared as progress is made on each task.
Cons
The user interface isn't as user friendly as some other tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.

“Powerful task tracking”
Pros
Being able to assign tasks to multiple users or just one person is really useful and having your tasks and workflow filtered makes day to day work much more organized. The internal communication works very well and the document control is also a strong point.
Cons
It would be much better if there were a free version to get started. Right now, it only works with a paid plan and the starting price is quite high which can intimidate users who are thinking about beginning on the platform.

Pros
The timeline view makes handling task dependencies very easy and the interface seems flexible, fast and modern. Even the free version is quite capable and overall it comes packed with plenty of useful features.

“Top tier collaboration features”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is the free plan especially since a lot of other software leaves out features at that level. In my opinion, this platform is top tier Overall and it gives you a lot more room to collaborate with others.
Cons
