“Powerful reports”
Pros
Growing companies and even more established teams, can get a lot out of this system because it helps cut down on both time and costs. It offers plenty of options for organizing and adding context to documents, lets you connect them to websites or social media pages and makes it possible to manage everything directly within the platform. On top of that the performance reports are excellent.
Cons
It meets most of its goals but the free trial feels a bit too limited and that could easily put off smaller teams. There's also a minor learning curve when you first start using it though after a few days of regular use, it becomes much easier to navigate.

“Reliable task tracking”
Pros
Using this app has not been a hassle. I like how everything is laid out and the overall design and appearance of the app are very appealing.
Cons
I do not really have any complaints. It does exactly what I need it to do. I mainly use it to track tasks across different projects and assign work to other people and I have not run into any problems using it.

“Flexible team workflows”
Pros
It's easy to use because the interface is user friendly and new users usually need very little training. It's also flexible as I use different features for different teams based on what each one actually needs.
Cons
By default, it sends quite a few email notifications although that's something you can quickly disable in the settings.

“Task reminders that keep me on track”
Pros
Task assignment and reminders are the standout features for me. The pop-up alerts and email notifications are especially helpful and I really love having both to keep tasks from slipping through the cracks.
Cons
Getting started was a bit difficult because it took some time to understand how everything worked but once I got the hang of it, using it became much simpler.

“Clean interface”
Pros
The interface is clean and user friendly so getting everything set up and starting to use it only took me about five minutes.
Cons
One thing I really wish it had is offline support. There are times when my WiFi drops and I need to log a task or check something but the app won't open at all. That gets especially frustrating when I am on a live call with a client and need to update or add tasks right away. It would be really helpful to have an offline mode that you can switch on from the top or even better, one that turns on automatically whenever there's no internet connection. I'd also love the option to create sub-projects and place them under a parent project. As a developer, I often handle several website projects for the same company so some kind of grouping or nested project structure would make a big difference.

Being a very visual person, the way tasks and projects are displayed is the part I like the least.
