Pros
Asana is incredibly helpful for teams to stay on track set deadlines celebrate milestones and communicate effectively especially in virtual work environments.

Asana's effectiveness relies heavily on everyone on the team using it but not all team members may be tech-savvy. Better onboarding for new users could address this issue.

“ideal and user friendly”
Pros
The biggest reason we chose it was how user friendly and customizable the platform is.
Cons
The milestones weren't really my preference since they felt more like a form of gratification when what we actually needed was just a clear organized way to get work done.

“Powerful all in one workspace”
Pros
Having all our knowledge and project management in a single place is a big advantage. On top of that it integrates well with other IT tools and offers a lot of flexibility when setting everything up.
Cons
Keeping that much information in the cloud with it can get fairly expensive. I'd also compare it with Notion as part of the decision-making process.

“Top powerful task management”
Pros
Right from the start the interface seems simple and well organized so getting comfortable with the platform doesn't take much time. There are also plenty of online tutorials and guides available which makes it easier to learn both the basic tools and the more advanced features. As you become more familiar with the system, you really begin to see the value it brings for managing tasks and projects, whether you're using it on your own or collaborating with a team.
Cons
A few limitations stand out though. The per-user pricing can be hard to justify depending on the size or type of organization. Also, while they keep adding integrations with other platforms, the overall selection still doesn't feel complete. On top of that a lot of the more important features are locked behind the highest-tier plan which is also the most expensive option.

“Clear product goals”
Pros
Across our product management work, it has really helped organize how the company handles things. The biggest benefit has been the boost in communication between teammates, along with clearer product goals and better visibility into task progress. It supports the whole product lifecycle, from the initial idea all the way to product retirement and keeps the related data managed in one place. Because of that, it has also helped us when bringing new products to market.
Cons
It doesn't include financial management features. Aside from that, it works very well for handling tasks so there really isn't anything significant for me to complain about.

“too far too good”
Pros
I use it mostly to organize my own projects and also keep track of work for different companies. It makes accountability much clearer because everyone can see who is responsible for what and the deadline reminders help keep tasks from slipping. It's really useful for team collaboration and task management and the integrations with other software make it even more practical.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is built-in time tracking. The available file export and import formats also feel a bit limited.

“Top smooth workflow”
Pros
Keeping our workflow on track has been much simpler with Asana. The platform is user friendly and fits in really well with all of our existing systems.
Cons
there is not much I dislike about the software. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the Inbox. At times notifications show that something new is there but it can be difficult to figure out exactly what item was just added.

“Subtasks that keep projects moving”
Pros
The feature I rely on most is the subtask functionality. When we create a special offer for our telecom clients, the marketing plan needs to be broken down into smaller categories so each department can handle its part. This tool makes that very easy. It also integrates with almost any tool we decide to use.
Cons
The platform is excellent when it comes to usability and how simple it is to work with but the downside is that the pricing for the more advanced features can get very expensive very quickly. That's definitely the part of the software I like the least.

“Fast organization”
Pros
Launching a new software service meant we needed a way to get everything organized fast and keep it running efficiently right from the start. We sometimes fall back on manual processes to move things along but with this tool the learning curve is almost nonexistent. It saves a lot of time and made getting set up much quicker than expected.
Cons
One weakness, in my opinion, is that the paid subscription doesn't really communicate its value very well. We've been using the free trial without any problems so it's still not very clear what extra benefits we would actually gain by paying for a subscription.
