“Handy project management for small teams”
Pros
It works really well for project management and the free plan is a big plus when you're working with a small team.
Cons
The budgeting and QA features haven't been as clear for me yet though that may just mean I need to spend more time learning how those parts work.

“simply amazing!”
Pros
Asana has been a really amazing tool for managing tasks, teams and projects all in one place. It comes with very useful features for handling team timelines and assigning work properly based on schedules. I also appreciate the built-in options for attaching files and adding extra details directly inside tasks which makes collaboration much more organized.
Cons
The trial version does come with a few limitations and full support with the Microsoft Teams app still isn't there yet. The functionality with embedded applications also feels somewhat limited right now and it would be much more effective if that part were improved.

“Fantastic task planning hub”
Pros
It is incredibly user friendly. Setting up multiple teams, adding projects, building timelines and assigning ownership to the right people is all very easy. There's also something really satisfying about checking off a task once it's done. Another feature I really appreciate is the ability to create scheduled task boards which makes it especially useful for keeping work covered during PTO or other absences.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. It's the most user friendly task management software I have used so far.

“Highly flexible teamwork”
Pros
One thing that really sells me on it is how flexible it is for project management. It works well not just for planning and organizing my own tasks but also for bringing teammates into the workflow and collaborating with them easily. Keeping track of scheduled tasks is very convenient and the interface is clean, simple and user friendly. It ended up being so practical for me that once I started using it, I completely dropped the other apps I had been relying on before.
Cons
At this point the only issue I have run into is that I still haven't figured out whether there's a way to link related projects together, similar to what you can do in MS Access. Without something like that, it starts to feel redundant having to keep nesting everything under layers of subtasks. A feature like this would also save me from repeatedly rebuilding templates for new projects. Maybe that's asking a lot based on the kind of work I do but if the developers could add something along those lines, it would really cut down setup time and help users be much more productive.

“Helpful task tracking for bookkeeping”
Pros
Adding tasks and managing work digitally has been very easy. Plus I could upload all of my accounting information into it and keep everything tracked which made bookkeeping much more convenient later on.
Cons
The dashboard still has room for improvement especially when it comes to customization options.

“Highly flexible project views”
Pros
Being able to set up separate projects for each of my clients and tailor the layout to fit their workflow has made the biggest difference for me. I also really like being able to switch between board, calendar and list views since each one works better for different types of projects. The board view is ideal for my branding and website design clients because it lets us see the entire project mapped out clearly. On the other hand the calendar view works brilliantly for my social media marketing clients since I can plan out the month and see exactly what content needs to go where. Plus it's simple enough that even clients who are not very tech savvy can use it comfortably and often end up adopting it in their own businesses. The Google Office integration is another big plus and makes everything even more convenient.
Cons
The part I enjoy the least is the pricing. I cannot really justify paying for the upgraded version with all the extra features so I have had to stick with the free plan and make that work.

“Powerful subtasks for marketing”
Pros
One feature that matters most in my kind of work is the subtasks functionality. For instance when we're putting together a special offer for our hotel clients, the marketing strategy needs to be planned out and split into smaller sections so each department can handle its part. It's easy to use and also integrates well with whatever tools we choose.
Cons
Overall it feels nearly perfect and notifications and progress tracking happen quickly.

“Highly powerful task tracking”
Pros
It is very easy to use. Task tracking works really well, the dashboard is useful and logging in is hassle free especially with SSO integration. Also it helps that chat and Teams integration are built in which makes day to day collaboration much more convenient.
Cons
The area that could use improvement is the overall look and feel. Creating tasks beyond two levels below can be limiting and the reporting features are not as strong as I'd like.

Pros
I find it really easy to use and gives your team a shared space to collaborate on both one-time and recurring tasks and projects. Overall it is a really good option if you need a simple solution and I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
One area that could use improvement is the Salesforce integration. The backend API access through a tool like Zapier also feels limited and could be much better.

Overall it does the job well and comes with plenty of useful features. The interface also seems clean and modern and moving between boards from within cards is very convenient.
