“Flexible collaboration”
Pros
Collaboration is really smooth and I like having different layout options to view work the way that makes the most sense. Once you're on the paid version, the platform becomes fully customizable and unlocks a lot more possibilities.
Cons
The free version is pretty limited when it comes to features.

“easy task views”
Pros
Asana is a very reliable tool. I was able to use it right away without needing to watch any tutorials which says a lot about how user friendly it is. I also really enjoy being able to look at my tasks in different views depending on what I need. All in all, it's been an excellent tool.
Cons
It has met all of my needs and honestly there isn't anything I really dislike about it.

“easy task tracking win”
Pros
Managing projects and tasks with it is really convenient and the platform makes the whole process simple to stay on top of. The features are user friendly so every team member can keep up with timelines and deadlines without confusion. Assigning work and keeping track of personal tasks is easy and it does a fantastic job of making sure every detail is covered and actually gets completed.
Cons
The only challenge in the beginning was getting the entire team to use it consistently which took a bit of pushing like any new tool does. Once everyone fully adopted it though, it became clear how essential it is and I am pretty sure the whole team would now say we cannot live without it.

“great project tracking tools”
Pros
As a project management tool it works really well especially since it offers two options such as a Basic version with no monthly fee and a Premium plan where you pay per member each month. The platform is easy to use and having both the web version and mobile app is a big plus since both work reliably. It gives a very good solution with useful features that help with organizing, tracking and planning projects effectively.
Cons
One area that could use improvement is the note-taking feature because some users may end up missing or losing track of important comments.

“feature-packed free plan”
Pros
Compared with most tools that lock useful options behind a paywall, it offers a much stronger free version with plenty of practical features. It includes task scheduling, free email notifications, unlimited teams, messaging, activity logs, file storage, multiple project views and a lot more. For a startup with fewer than 20 users the team can keep using it free forever which is a big advantage. It also integrates with other tracking tools without any extra cost. On top of that there are several advanced features that help automate routine task assignment and other regular workflows.
Cons
It does not work very well on mobile devices so using it properly there can be frustrating. Another limitation is that a single task cannot be assigned to multiple users since it only supports one task per user. At times the number of email notifications becomes overwhelming and annoys users although this can be managed by selectively turning notifications off in the settings.

“Strong cross-team collaboration”
Pros
Getting tasks up and running is easy enough. When the entire organization uses it, tagging people across different teams and boards becomes much more easy which really helps with visibility and engagement. The task and subtask setup is also a good concept since you can assign them to different people and boards and we've been using that to coordinate content reviews across several teams like SEO, Content Review and Social.
Cons
It lets you create as many boards as you want but that can quickly become a downside because it's easy to lose track of everything. There's also very little flexibility with custom fields since you're limited to the field types the platform already offers. On top of that the reporting seems very underdeveloped. Even basic search and filtering are frustrating because you can only filter by one field at a time so it turns into a lot of annoying back and forth just to update filters.

“Fantastic task tracking for teams”
Pros
It has been one of the most user friendly and interactive task management tools I have used. It has been especially helpful for my startup making planning, assigning tasks, tracking progress and keeping records much more manageable. I am able to organize team tasks and projects clearly and stay on top of deadlines without letting anything slip. One feature I really enjoy is recurring tasks as they're simple to create and being able to review the history of those recurring tasks is very convenient.
Cons
Even though it's an excellent task management tool, there are still a couple of areas that could be improved. First, removing people from teams and projects should be simpler. Second, the pricing feels a bit high for smaller teams and could be more affordable.

“Top flexible views”
Pros
Everything looks good and well thought out and it makes prioritizing tasks or rearranging them really simple. There are plenty of personalized views so different people can set it up around the workflow that suits them best without affecting the main Project view. It's flexible enough to work well for pretty much everyone.
Cons
One thing that's missing is the ability for child tasks to be marked complete automatically when the parent task is completed so having a setting for that would help a lot. The reporting tools also feel pretty limited unless you upgrade to the top-tier version and not just the business plan.

“project tracking boosts teamwork”
Pros
As a project management tool it delivers a really positive user experience and has helped my team move through projects faster overall. The percent-completion tracker keeps everyone aware of the current status which makes it easier for us to focus our efforts and finish everything within the expected timeline.
Cons
I feel like the thing that could use improvement is the messenger hub since there's no option for private messaging and all communication depends on the public message wall. I also have to tag the relevant people in the messenger hub for them to get notified about a conversation otherwise, they usually won't see the message.

“Visually refined”
Pros
It is a powerful project management platform that still manages to be easy to use across several different departments. It also has a really modern, visually appealing design.
Cons
There are definitely parts of the feature set we are not using simply because we are not familiar enough with them. Customer support is also fairly limited and there is not really an option to pay for extra help even if needed.

“Top custom workflows”
Pros
Asana is very user friendly and the level of customization is practically endless depending on how you want to work. On top of that the little mythical creature celebrations make finishing tasks surprisingly rewarding and fun.
Cons
There aren't many downsides I have run into. That said it packs in a huge amount of functionality so it can take some time to learn the best way to set things up or even realize there's another way to do the same thing. There is a bit of a learning curve but they offer really helpful free training resources. The only feature I'd still love to see is the ability to add dependencies to sub-tasks though it's definitely not a deal breaker.

“time-saving project organizer”
Pros
Keeping work organized takes a lot less time with this tool. I have been using it for my company and it's been a big help for managing everything more efficiently.
Cons
It doesn't include a private one-on-one chat feature and the project export options could support more file formats.

“effortless team coordination”
Pros
As a project management tool, it's been really important for my team because it helps us distribute tasks clearly and define everyone's responsibilities on each project. The time tracker has also been very useful for managing my schedule and helping me finish tasks and projects before their deadlines.
Cons
There are a lot of features included that my team doesn't actually use so it feels a bit wasteful especially since the software costs us quite a bit. It would be much better if they offered more subscription options so we could choose a plan that actually fits my team's needs.

“Clean design”
Pros
The interface is visually appealing and the navigation is user friendly when creating or updating projects in the system. Whether you're new to project management or have years of experience, it offers features that fit different levels of project management expertise.
Cons
Once you start using multiple layers of organization inside the tool, it can handle that well but it becomes a little harder to navigate and keep full visibility over everything. That's really the biggest downside for me.

“Reliable task tracking every day”
Pros
Every day I rely on it to keep up with incoming requests from teammates and keep them updated on how each task is moving along. It's an excellent project management and prioritization tool and the fact that I can use it for free makes it even better.

“Fits Perfectly!”
Pros
Asana is a good software that is easy to comprehend. In terms of functionality, its versatile. Asana made it simple for us to manage a small team, establish subtasks for bigger projects, and to assign duties.
Cons
My only complaint with Asana is that its not very user-friendly and trying to shift tasks to other groups may be a bit tricky at times with this software.
