“transparent team task visibility”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy is being able to organize the team clearly and view tasks by both team and individual members.
Cons
Wish there were a clearer way to add task due dates to my Google Calendar. It might be possible already but I haven't come across a simple way to do it.

“Handy task tracking everywhere”
Pros
Being able to use it on both my phone and computer is really convenient. Creating tasks takes very little effort and the project overview gives a clear picture of everything that's going on.
Cons
I don't have any criticisms to mention about it.

“Excellent for large teams”
Pros
Handling a very large group with Asana works really well. It's a very effective tool when you need to keep a lot of people organized.
Cons
At times it can be a bit slow to open. Aside from that, it's useful most of the time.

“fantastic for task tracking”
Pros
Asana works really well for small teams on a tight budget since it offers a free plan. It's very helpful for tracking tasks and managing meetings and it integrates easily with other applications which makes it simple to fit in with the tools you already use at work.
Cons
One limitation is that a task can only be assigned to one person instead of multiple people. It also sends a lot of email notifications which can be difficult to keep up with at times.

“slow onboarding”
Pros
It gives you a centralized place to manage teams for a project or business which is really useful for staying organized.
Cons
At the beginning it was a bit confusing to navigate and it took our team a while to fully understand how to use it.

“Task tracking feels satisfying”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized with this tool is really enjoyable even the tiny ones. You just add them and get that satisfying feeling of checking them off later. It feels a lot like making a list on paper in real life.
Cons
I didn't enjoy having to train other people to use it. Some people adapt to new tools much faster than others even though the software itself is user friendly and easy to work with.

“fantastic for multi-client projects”
Pros
It works really well for managing multiple projects with clients especially when a client is running more than one project at a time or when several companies are involved.
Cons
The API features look good but they don't seem to scale very well. And while the learning curve appears quick At first it actually takes longer than expected to use the platform really well.

“Project views need better visibility”
Pros
Project layouts in the system are well organized and flow nicely which makes it simple to follow along and find different projects when needed.
Cons
It gets harder to view full timelines once they stretch beyond 2 or 3 months. The visibility could definitely be improved to make longer schedules easier to see.

“affordable project tracking win”
Pros
Keeping projects organized is much simpler with this tool since it helps us assign work and tasks the right way. It's budget friendly and even the free version is practical enough for most teams to get good use out of it.
Cons
My only real wish is for them to make it much simpler to customize the platform's appearance.

“user friendly team collaboration”
Pros
The platform is easy to use, feels very user friendly and makes it simple for others to contribute or add notes.
Cons
One thing that could be better is how completed projects disappear from the list which makes tracking or backtracking a bit inconvenient.

“Top friendly interface”
Pros
Right away the interface feels clean and approachable, with plenty of tools that support project development. The free plan is another big plus because it includes enough features and components to help you learn the platform well before committing to a long-term subscription. I also appreciate that it can integrate with restricted applications and scale well for larger organizations. On top of that it works really well for team collaboration since users can assign tasks to members and set priorities for each one.
Cons
Compared with Basecamp this application offers more valuable features but it can also feel a bit technical for some users. It is also somewhat limited because you cannot assign the same piece of work to multiple users. Other than that, I do not have many negatives to mention yet since I have not been using the software for very long.

“highly remote teamwork done right”

“workflow tracking done right”
Pros
Practically every task, process and execution at our company runs through this software because it keeps the workflow organized and aligned with what each assignment requires. It makes handling projects much simpler and with its tools plus the file-sharing feature, everything gets to the right place after a proper review of the final deliverable. Another really valuable feature is the ability to monitor and track the work being carried out within the software.
Cons
At the beginning it was just a task management tool but as it has grown over time, it has added more and more updates. The downside is that those updates seem to happen almost daily now which ends up feeling tedious.

“great for process tracking”
Pros
After more than two years of using this software, I'd highly recommend it. It's user friendly, works well on mobile and does an efficient job of supporting process development and tracking. It has also been useful enough that I have helped other teams get it implemented too.
Cons
One area that could be better is how subtasks are handled especially how they appear in the Gantt chart.

Pros
As a project management tool, this software has been excellent. The interface is user friendly, setting up tasks is easy and the drag-and-drop feature makes it simple to add photos and documents exactly where I need them.
Cons

“reliable project tracking”
Pros
It works really well for most organizations. Getting started doesn't take much effort and it's easy to use for tracking projects and helping teams collaborate with each other.
Cons
The frustrating part was how much you have to pay to unlock the best features. While I was using it, it never really felt like the pricing matched the value I was getting.

“organized projects choice”
Pros
Everything looks well organized and it makes tracking projects and tasks very easy while also giving us a good way to communicate with coworkers.
Cons
Starting out took a bit of effort because it didn't feel as user friendly as something like Trello. A few things can also be difficult to locate and at times it's not obvious whether a feature is actually available.

“Keeps projects together”
Pros
Between work and personal projects I rely on this to stay organized. It also helps a lot that important files can be kept right with the related task or project which makes everything much easier to access when I need it.
Cons
Like most collaboration tools things can get messy when different people use it in different ways. Because of that I check in with my team every week to make sure we're all using it consistently and effectively.

“hard to adopt”
Pros
It offers a lot of flexibility without making me feel boxed in or restricted.
Cons
Getting around the platform is not easy. I tried bringing several people on my team into it but nobody really enjoyed using it. In the end, we stopped trying because we needed something with a much lower learning curve for non-technical users.
