“A powerful organization tool for when work gets too complicated”
Pros
The ease of use is remarkable. I quickly learned how to use and implement many of Asanas features. I was concerned that my needs like managing primary goals, tasks and subtasks for the same project might be too complex, but Asana proved me wrong. I was amazed to find that subtasks can be easily added with due dates and shared with colleagues working on the project.
Cons
I do not have many complaints about Asana. It worked well for my needs which is why I decided to use it.

“Perfect Project Management Tool”
Pros
I use Asana every single day as my to do list. My agency communicates about tasks through it, and some clients even have their own Asana instances which makes task management simple and easy. Very few ideas I have had have been impossible to implement in Asana. I especially love the Slack and Gmail extensions which let me create tasks quickly when a colleague makes a request via Slack or email.
Cons
My only issue is that I can't switch between two different Asana servers. For instance, I did like to view both client and agency tasks in one My Tasks' view, but I have not found a way to do this without more manual work than I find worthwhile.
