Asana is one of the top tools for project management software. Its easy to understand dashboard and option to create custom templates are great as it allows me to use predefined structures for projects and reuse them in the future.
Cons
Some nice features, like timeline view, advanced search and custom fields, are only available in the premium version which can be expensive for small teams or companies.

“Excellent product for workflow and project management at all levels.”
Pros
Despite its robust features, Asana allows me, even as a novice user, to set up my needs effectively thanks to the training events and lesson videos they provide. This helps our teams access information on every project, including links to our Dropbox account, all in one place. As a project manager overseeing many projects with tight deadlines, this is invaluable.
Cons
Anyone who prefers a visual approach to track upcoming tasks, whether as an individual or a team can benefit from Asana. It is an excellent for teams needing to see what significant projects their colleagues are working on. They offer great customer support. However, if you need a lot of visual details for specific tasks you might not find it very helpful.

Pros
When I first used Asana to manage my daily and weekly tasks with a remote team, I quickly found it indispensable. It made my life much easier. I love how I can add weekly, monthly and even annual tasks to my calendar and my manager can see whether I completed them on time. It also notifies me about upcoming tasks which helps me manage my time well and track everything easily.
Cons

“Decent project management tool”
Pros
Asana offers a comprehensive suite of project management tools, including a timeline, task management features and forms. With 100,000 users, including big names like Spotify and the New York Times, it has proven its value. I also like the built-in messaging system and inbox that allows me to communicate with other users.
Cons
While Asana offers a lot of options, which some people might like, I prefer minimal management tools. Too many options cluttering the UI can distract me from my focus if I don't use them.
