“Tasks clearly assigned with great views”
Pros
I really appreciate that tasks can be clearly assigned with due dates and nested subtasks which means nothing slips through the cracks and the whole interface looks great since the Timeline, List and Board views each support different workflows and make it easier to approach various project styles, plus I value the ability to connect it to a wide range of other platforms and that there's a free plan available which makes the offering even more attractive.
Cons
When I use it I've noticed it only functions when I have an internet connection and if I want to move to a paid tier there isn't really any middle option, it's basically an all-or-nothing pricing model which feels restrictive, as I've begun exploring automation features I've found they demand more technical skill and the mobile app ends up feeling more confusing than the desktop layout and feature set which is a problem given that most people depend heavily on their phones.

“Simple to use and share”
Pros
I find it really simple to use and to share with my team members which makes bringing coworkers on board and collaborating simple and hassle-free.
Cons
When it comes to boards, I used Trello extensively and genuinely wish Asana's board functionality matched theirs because their setup felt more simple for visual project tracking.

“Great collaboration for juggling projects”
Pros
I really like Asana because it packs a wide array of collaboration features that make coordinating with teammates much smoother especially when juggling multiple projects.
Cons
For me the fact that it's less popular means I often can't easily find comprehensive tutorials or community guidance when I hit a snag.

“Ideal interactivity for remote small companies”
Pros
Asana's interactivity makes it ideal for a small/mid-size company where most people work remotely and it integrates cleanly with tools such as Gmail, Google Docs and Harvest. It has become central to how we work. My team can arrange tasks, share status updates and pose questions within a space that enhances productivity and I highly recommend Asana which helps us stay aligned across multiple projects every day.
Cons
I find Asana's navigation can be awkward at times and numerous features demand time and effort before they become familiar instead of immediately simple. The available tutorials and learning modules often fall short of helping me in practice. Consequently, I've had trouble grasping certain concepts and haven't been able to fully use every aspect of Asana which is disappointing given that I've relied on it for several years.

“Flexibility and structure for personal organization”
Pros
Being highly organized myself, I tend to prefer Asana for managing tasks because it offers a level of flexibility and structure I haven't found elsewhere, even when my employer relies on a different project management solution, I keep using Asana alongside their system since it helps me stay organized and adapt workflows easily.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints about the app's core features but I do wish that when I create a recurring task I could define a specific date range or window instead of having it repeat indefinitely which would give me greater control over scheduling.

“Great for organizing and sharing tasks”
Pros
It is super easy to use for me and really powerful and flexible. It even has a mobile app that works on both Android and iOS and it integrates well with other tools. I can easily organize, share, and break tasks down into smaller parts to assign to team members. It also allows one to break major tasks into smaller parts and then you can assign them to different team members.
Cons
I have nothing bad to say. Asana is an amazing tool and it's really simple to use.

Pros
I didn't find any trouble using it because it is very easy to use.
Cons
The downside I've found is the lack of actual support. Their support chat has been broken for over a year and there's no phone number to call or email to contact.

“Customizable but templates need improvement”
Pros
Asana is really easy to use and it integrates perfectly with Slack. So we can create tickets on the go. It's also really easy to customize based on project needs which is a big plus.
Cons
The template creation could use some extra features and exporting on client requests is a bit lacking.

“Smooth project flow but task duplication issue”

“Amazing task automation with rules”
Pros
The feature where I can set "rules" for each project is amazing. Tasks are automatically moved or marked when completed or needing attention. It's made managing tasks and collaborating with my team so much more efficient.
Cons
The platform feels different on the app and on the computer and it's been a bit tricky to coordinate that between users.

“Excellent for product and task management”
Pros
I found it to be an excellent tool for product and task management, offering an simple interface and attractive look-and-feel and it made collaborating internally with colleagues, developers and stakeholders simple and efficient so our team could coordinate work and track progress without unnecessary friction.
Cons
As a team, we relied on the mobile app frequently and found it to be less than ideal, with a clunkier, less user-friendly experience than the desktop version so we often wished its interface and navigation were improved to better support on-the-go work.

“Most polished interface with full mobile app”
Pros
From my experience, the interface is the most simple and polished I've come across on any platform and it gives me plenty of customization choices so our team's workflow can be tailored exactly how we like it, plus the Asana mobile app mirrors the web version and offers the same full set of features.
Cons
I find that if we don't tweak the notification settings, my inbox quickly becomes overloaded with messages making it hard to separate what's important from the noise.
