Distributing tasks to users is a simple process now. The notification system keeps everyone updated on task progress, deadlines and team activities.

The interface can get cluttered with too many tasks and subtasks which makes it difficult to quickly find specific items.

I love the feature that lets me assign tasks with deadlines to each team member and track whats completed or upcoming. Its simple to monitor each assignment and plan an entire project within Asana.

The interface is very user-friendly which makes it easy for us to organize, assign priorities and set deadlines. Also, it is very helpful for creating dependent tasks, requesting reviews or approvals through tagging and using drag-and-drop features for assigning priorities. The archiving and search functions are impressive, and it works well both in the browser and via the app.

Cons

Tasks that I follow do not always show up on my feed and the email notifications can be a bit too much at times.
