Asana Keeps Me On Track

Pros

I utilize Asana for managing tasks in my small business and for clients projects. It offers robust features at an affordable price though certain advanced features may require an upgrade. Setting it up is relatively simple but I might not be utilizing its full potential. Fortunately webinars and educational materials are available for assistance.

Cons

I wish the pricing could be lower especially for single users. Also had a bad customer service experience.

Setting up tasks quickly and adding job notes and files is a breeze. Additionally the ability to send tasks from other platforms like Slack or Email is convenient.

Cons

Setting start and end dates for tasks doesnt always work well for large jobs. It shows tasks as overdue even when theyre not.

Asana Keep us on track and Organized

Pros

Since I started using Asana, it has revolutionized my work style. The transition from managing tasks in Notepad to embracing a comprehensive organizational platform has been nothing short of amazing. Moreover, its user-friendly implementation in day-to-day work and the invaluable support make it my go-to tool every day.

Cons

Every platform has its limitations, and in Asana, storage and collaboration constraints are the issues I face. For instance, a task can only have one assignee, which can be problematic in team settings. I hope this concern will be addressed soon.
