Asana gives teams a good way to organize, track and manage their work in one place. It includes useful project and task management features, such as creating tasks and projects, assigning them to team members, setting deadlines and keeping an eye on progress as work moves forward.

Keeping projects on track is much more manageable with this tool. The interface is user friendly so creating tasks, assigning them to team members and monitoring progress is pretty easy. Getting started can feel a little overwhelming because there are a lot of features and it takes some time to become comfortable with the interface. On top of that the cost can add up for larger teams or organizations since the pricing depends on the number of users.

The interface seems user friendly and easy to navigate so getting started doesn't take much effort. Another plus is the ability to customize the workspace and build custom views which is especially useful for teams with specific workflow requirements.

Cons

One downside is that the software can feel complex at first which may make adoption harder for teams that are completely new to it. It also doesn't include time tracking and that can be a disadvantage for teams that need to log hours spent on projects.

Being cloud-based is a huge plus because I can use it from anywhere as long as I have an internet connection. On top of that the software is very simple and easy to use which is one of the features I appreciate most.

One limitation is that a task can only be assigned to one team member at a time and I think that's something they could improve in the future. Other than that, I haven't had any issues with integrations since it works with hundreds of popular apps and software tools.

Planning out the entire day in Asana and breaking work into smaller goals really helps take the pressure off. It makes everything feel more manageable and instead of stressing, I can just focus on getting the work done.

Cons

The follow-up part is pretty bad. Deadlines can get pushed back without any notification or pending alert which makes it far too easy for things to slip through unnoticed.

The layout is simple to use and what I enjoy most is how it helps me keep track of everything without losing anything. Whether it's ideas or ongoing projects where I need to see what stage I am at, it's also really useful for managing tasks.

I don't feel like anything is missing. I have used other tools before to organize tasks and follow project progress with my team and honestly I don't miss anything from them.

It keeps things simple and the task collaboration features are especially impressive. It integrates well with plenty of other tools which makes it fit nicely into an existing workflow. Handling multiple tasks at once is not a hassle and the to do list along with the sticky jam board features are really useful additions.

Compared with some other tools, the interface does not feel as comprehensive. It also takes some training to get people fully comfortable with using it and the sub-task feature could definitely use some improvement.

Access is convenient, it's simple to use once you get going and being able to share things so other users can view them is really useful.

It doesn't feel very user friendly at first so you usually need some guidance or training from someone who already knows how to use it. After that, it becomes much easier.

Handling multiple projects in Asana has been really convenient and keeping everything organized seems very manageable. Assigning tasks and bringing new team members into an ongoing project works well. Even large file uploads are quick which saves time. It also lets me build workflows for projects and the Google Calendar integration has made staying on top of everything much simpler.

The interface could be a bit more user friendly for someone using it for the first time.
