“Web app's great”
Pros
The web app is exceptionally fast with a clean UI, providing various workspaces for different projects or clients. The List feature stands out for its ease of use, allowing easy addition of details, collaborators, deadlines, and dynamic adjustments of tags and colors. The ability to view All, Complete, or Incomplete tasks, along with features like setting "do not disturb" times, adds to the organization's convenience.
Cons
Being on the free plan, I wish there was an option to hide Reporting, Portfolios, and Goals (all paid functions) from the menu. Additionally, the presentation of the number of comments on each task in the List can be misleading. It would be preferable if it only indicated new comments and disappeared after being read. In the Inbox, there's no way to return to the Inbox when clicking "Messages I've sent," and I suggest maintaining the same menu for easy navigation.

“Asana polished software to make you productive”
Pros
The outstanding UI and overall feel contribute to its ease of use and effectiveness.
Cons
Complex sharing and user account features made me hesitant to use the system. Basecamp and Teamwork are 100% easier, and the absence of a built-in Notepad and native Documents, which I love in Basecamp/Teamwork, is a drawback.

“Good Organization for Agency Setting”
Pros
Asana excels in organizing multiple, ongoing projects, surpassing tools like Google Docs in task tracking and providing confidence that nothing will be overlooked.
Cons
