“Versatile app with helpful docs”
Pros
It didn't click for me right away when our team switched to it years ago mainly because I had to adjust to a completely new setup. Once it became part of my daily routine though getting used to the app happened pretty fast. There is a bit of a learning curve at first but after that it's actually very easy to use. A lot of it is pretty user friendly and whenever something is unclear, the support documentation does a really good job of guiding you through it. Even after using the app for a long time, I was still surprised by how much more it can do once I spent some time exploring the knowledge base.
Cons
Well the only real downside that comes to mind is the search filter. It could be better optimized and would be more useful with additional options and customization since it doesn't feel as powerful as some of the other tools.
