“Collaborative task planning win”
Pros
Asana works really well as a collaborative platform for planning, creating and tracking specific tasks. It's also flexible enough to be used across different areas like finance and marketing which makes it even more useful.
Cons
At this point I am still waiting to see whether there's anything I end up liking less or any features I might wish were included.

“Feature packed task planning”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me was how many features it offers. I could create tasks and subtasks, assign them to specific team members and keep everything organized in one place. The calendar view was also really helpful because it made deadlines and due dates much clearer at a glance.
Cons
The downside is that it can take some time to learn how to use all of the features effectively.

“Slack alerts and strong links”
Pros
The biggest advantages is how well it integrates with the core tools we rely on every day at work. Those broad integration options really extend what the platform can do. A good example is the Slack integration which keeps team members updated through their Slack accounts whenever something changes in a project.
Cons
A frustrating limitation is that a task cannot be assigned to more than one person at the same time. There is a partial workaround with subtasks but it doesn't fully fix the issue because the main task still ends up being assigned to only one person.

“Great for remote teamwork (Option 2)”
Pros
It works really well as a project management platform for remote teams that need to stay aligned. The checklist option on each project or individual task is especially useful for assigning specific responsibilities to different people. I also really like the tracking and progress tools because they give a clear view of how the entire project is moving along. On top of that setting up new tasks is very quick and easy so it doesn't take long to get comfortable using it.
Cons
From where I stand, it seems better suited to marketing and sales teams. Since our team is mainly focused on production, we felt that some important features were missing for the way we work. A big issue was the lack of integration with some of the software we rely on every day. It does offer a number of integrations but Frame.io was not included and that was a major gap for us. Because of that, we couldn't connect our video projects directly in the platform which meant people had to go looking elsewhere for the information they needed. If that integration were added, we would absolutely consider coming back to this task management tool.

“Quick to learn and useful alerts”
Pros
I find it fairly easy to use and I was able to begin using it without much of a learning curve. It didn't take long to feel comfortable navigating it. I also like that when you follow a task, you receive emails or notifications which makes it much simpler to stay updated on what's happening.
Cons
Even though it's simple to pick up, it's also pretty easy to get stuck or lose your place within tasks and finding your way back can be difficult sometimes.

“Task planning keeps me organized”
Pros
Nearly a year into using this tool it has become a core part of how our growing marketing team works. It's been incredibly useful for planning projects, managing tasks and helping me sort out what needs attention first. Having everything more organized has made a heavy workload feel much more manageable and a lot less stressful.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the platform took a little time at first but that feels pretty normal whenever you're learning a new tool or workspace.

“Handy for team task tracking”
Pros
Keeping shared tasks organized with Asana has worked really well for us when tracking responsibilities and progress. The notifications are helpful and the platform is simple to use. It also offers a limited free version which is nice. It works well across teams that need to collaborate on tasks and we mostly used it to follow changes in the back-office system with the programming team.
Cons
There really wasn't anything I disliked about it.
