“Better team working together”
Pros
Thanks to this software, the team works in a more aware and coordinated way which helps boost productivity and prevents everyone from wasting unnecessary time.
Cons
Every now and then, it can be hard to find certain tasks.

“Helpful planning and reminders”
Pros
One thing I like about it is the set of features it offers especially the ability to create checklists and plan ahead for upcoming events and projects. I can also add reminders for tasks that need attention and it's even better that those tasks can still be edited after the reminders are already in place.
Cons
It works nicely for small businesses and more casual use but once the organization becomes more complex or the team grows beyond five people, it doesn't seem to handle things as well. It also misses some features you can find in other similar project management tools and it's not particularly well suited for software development.

“Teamwork across every task”
Pros
Collaboration works really well across the board, whether it's project tracking, to-do lists or even keeping personal notes in one place.
Cons
Its interface isn't completely user friendly at first so learning how to use it can take a bit of time.

“Keeps every project on track”
Pros
It helps me stay on top of a long list of tasks and keep everything organized so I can finish one project at a time based on my priorities.
Cons
The one thing I'd really like is being able to connect directly from my account to the organizations I work with, instead of having to log in through my account or theirs each time.

“Powerful features without overload”
Pros
The tool offers a lot of functionality while still staying manageable and not feeling overly overwhelming.
Cons
Subtask management feels somewhat restrictive. For instance, there's no way to bulk move subtasks from one parent task to another and a subtask cannot belong to more than one parent. Not being able to paste images directly inline with text is also a major limitation since that can be really helpful for making detailed requirements clearer.

“Easy to use task management for teams”
Pros
Using it has been a really positive experience. It's user friendly for managing projects and tasks and after more than a year of using it, I honestly wouldn't switch to another tool. It lets me split tasks into different categories, handle multiple projects separately and keep my work organized in a very effective way. I'd definitely recommend it to small and medium-sized teams.
Cons
The biggest downside for our team at the moment is the pricing which feels fairly high. I'd also really appreciate features like changing due dates for several tasks at once or creating templates to save time. Those options aren't available right now but I am hoping they get added in the future.

“All my tasks in one place”
Pros
Breaking my work into separate projects has made everything feel much more organized. It clears up a lot of mental space knowing every task is stored in one place so I am not constantly worried about missing something. It also keeps all the details I need for each task, supports recurring items and subtasks and lets me turn bigger jobs into practical action steps. On top of that it's really helpful for team communication and collaboration.
Cons
To me the only downside is that it's still one more platform I have to manage in my business. Even though the integrations are excellent, it adds another place I need to check and work from.

“Excellent for ticket tracking”
Pros
Asana works really well for tracking open tickets with telecom carriers and it's also very helpful for collaboration across the team. The notifications could be a bit better though.
Cons
The thing that would make it even better is tighter email integration, like being able to cc it when emailing someone outside my organization so I wouldn't have to keep copying and pasting information into it.

“Powerful planning and links”
Pros
Project management, planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting are the features that make the biggest difference for me especially the alerts and notifications. It feels simple to use and the integrations have really helped me manage projects more effectively, particularly with Microsoft and Google. I also love that there's a free plan available.
Cons
One downside is that a task cannot be assigned to multiple people so I have to keep creating separate tasks. There's also no built-in time tracking. It can be a bit hard for new users to understand at first and I think security could be stronger too especially with features like 2FA to help protect against hacking.

“Teamwide clear view that delivers”
Pros
Working across teams feels much more connected because projects and tasks are visible in one place. It does a really good job with task management and assigning work across the team and direct reports and it's easy to use.
Cons
The per-user pricing is expensive and someone has to be an IT user to view or add tasks. There are also a few workflows and triggers missing that we'd still like to have.

“Simple and powerful tracking”
Pros
Asana is one of the simplest yet most powerful tools for managing tickets. It does a very good job of tracking all requests and projects in one place.

It still seems like it could use a few more features and added possibilities.

“Team working together made simple”
Pros
Running a 10-person team feels much more manageable with Asana. It works efficiently especially when assigning tasks and signals to other team members.
Cons
The timeline feature is still a bit challenging for me although that may just come down to needing more experience with the platform.

“Great getting started and templates”
Pros
It has been excellent for non-technical users. Getting started is easy, the interface is simple to navigate and there are plenty of templates and tutorials that make onboarding really quick. It's an incredibly user friendly tool overall.
Cons

“Modern team management strong tool”
Pros
Once you take the time to learn how it works, Asana turns into a really strong tool. It handles large teams well, the workflow feels organized and the interface has a modern look that makes it pleasant to use.
Cons
Getting started can be tough because there's definitely a learning curve. Even though the interface looks good still it can feel a bit overloaded at times and it's pretty easy to get lost in a conversation thread or reply chain.

“Beautiful design and clear direction”
Pros
Visually it is really appealing. The design seems modern, the branding is strong and it gives users a pretty clear sense of how to move through their work and get things done. Still, as a project management platform, it unfortunately falls behind.
Cons
They keep rolling out new features but those additions often seem either not fully vetted through QA or just not as capable as what competing tools already offer.

Pros
One of the best things about it is how simple it is to manage multiple projects at once. The interface feels user friendly and the different view modes make it really convenient to see tasks either by area or in chronological order.

“Teamwork and task ownership (Option 2)”
Pros
Keeping team projects organized and assigning the right ownership is much more easier with it. Tasks can be edited anytime and setting reminders is also possible which helps a lot with follow-through. It really keeps everyone connected and staying in touch makes it easier to see how productive the team is and what work each person is handling.
Cons
Overall it has worked so well for me that I honestly do not have any negative feedback about it.

“Clean kanban tool for teams”
Pros
If you're looking to get started with Agile and Kanban, this works really well. It's user friendly for IT, HR, finance and even non technical teams. The UI/UX is modern, deployment on the cloud is easy and the free trial makes it a decent option for smaller companies.
Cons
The feature set is fairly basic so it fits better for small teams and smaller projects. It handles software management projects well enough but it's not a good match if your team follows the waterfall method.

“Daily workflow that clicks”
Pros
Day to day this is the platform I keep coming back to and I genuinely enjoy using it. Anything involving a new ticket or setting up a new project is simple to manage. We handle daily social requests, programmatic tickets and even custom creative requests here and the whole team works on this platform. Overall, it's very user friendly and works well for our daily processes.
Cons
The one part I still feel is missing is the ticket creation experience. Even though the system is user friendly that process can feel a bit too much like filling out a Google Form. In a corporate environment it would be nice if it felt more distinctive and looked more professional. We don't rely on any other tool because this one already does its job really well but a few small presentation improvements could make it even better.
