Pros
It is the best way to express how much I value my coworkers and the impact it creates.
Cons
Nothing seems wrong right now as everything else meets my expectations. I did notice one issue though that when adding multiple coworkers to a recognition list using Dora, their names disappear and I have to add them again.

“Feeling appreciated for good work”
Pros
I love feeling appreciated for doing my job well. So it is really rewarding to know that my efforts are making a real difference and helping the company succeed.
Cons
The biggest frustration is how long it takes to earn in-app points. It can feel like months or even a year before you have enough to get a decent reward.

Pros
What I like most about using it is being able to acknowledge my coworkers while also getting recognition myself. Besides that, there are several gift cards available that we can redeem once points accumulate which adds real value. Receiving points as rewards feels rewarding and motivating every time and being publicly recognized boosts morale. Overall I consider it the best platform I have used.
Cons
What I find least appealing about Assembly is the customer support as it often falls short of my expectations and could be improved. Because feedback matters to me, I would urge the team to respond more proactively and be quicker to act when issues are raised so resolutions come faster and users feel heard.

the app is very easy to navigate, I really enjoy the gift cards offered and I always get excited about racking up rewards.

Assembly is like an appreciation-focused version of Instagram and I absolutely love it. Also people are always posting, liking and spreading positive vibes. It honestly feels like every day is National Compliment Day and whenever I finish something, I get an instant digital high-five.
Cons
Maybe I am one of the few who feel this way yet I'd really like an option to buy more points or to convert them into something usable beyond the current per-person caps. There are times when I want to give a little extra recognition particularly during major wins or big team milestones and the present limits can feel restrictive.

What I love most is the employee recognition feature as seeing coworkers give each other shout-outs and then being able to convert those rewards into gift cards genuinely feels very rewarding to me!
Cons

What stands out about it is how easy it is to notice and reward coworkers. Also the interface feels natural, fits smoothly into our workflow and helps build a company-wide culture of appreciation. I especially like the flexible rewards as people can choose what matters to them which makes recognition feel more personal and meaningful.
Cons
Sometimes the platform feels a bit limited in customization. And I wish we could more easily adjust recognition categories or add more reward options to better reflect our company culture. I also feel the reporting and analytics can be shallow so I'd like deeper metrics and trend analysis to understand how recognition is evolving across the team.

It is very user-friendly as it's simple to get around and quickly identify teammates. When I redeem gift cards the process is immediate and I appreciate the broad variety of reward choices available.
Cons

Pros
Assembly is a great tool for building and maintaining company culture while improving internal communication. It also makes employee achievements more visible to everyone and recognition can turn into real rewards like perks, gift cards or donations. I have also been impressed with their customer support as they respond quickly and fix bugs or issues on both web and mobile effectively.
Cons
That said there are a few problems I have run into with using it and some of the platform's flows take time to learn. Such as the navigation and correct way to use different workflows definitely have a learning curve. I have also noticed that file sharing especially when it comes to images can sometimes lose resolution or get unexpectedly cropped after being uploaded into it.

It is easy to use from day one. As the recognition feature works smoothly without issues and every setting is clear and simple to follow.
Cons
On my phone the mobile interface can work a bit slowly. Reading notifications and sending recognition often take longer than expected though I am not sure if that's because it's a web app. Still all the features always work the way they should.

Pros
I am quite impressed by how easy it is to use. Also the user experience is strong and they keep regularly improving it. The dev team seems engaged too and it's simple for me to give people recognition.
Cons
Before some recent updates it was not clear how many points someone had received. Though they later fixed that which I appreciated. Still the overall design does not feel very modern. It is not a deal-breaker but I'd really enjoy a more polished experience.

Cons
Since I am not a manager I cannot award points to coworkers which is frustrating. And at the very least I wish I could pass along points that I have received as gifts.

It connects smoothly with Microsoft Teams and overall the platform is easy to use. The reward options are good too and points add up quickly which really benefits our employees.
Cons
I'd love to see a wider selection of rewards especially gift card options that are redeemable in Canada. It would also be helpful to have better ways to attach files to posts so teammates can easily view and celebrate each other's standout work.
