This has been my favorite thing about my company since I joined! It provides a beautiful and meaningful way for employees to recognize each other without feeling insincere or overly flattering. It is a wonderful way to express gratitude for being amazing, and it's not expensive but ultimately rewarding.
Cons
It was slightly annoying when it accidentally posted without points when I meant to add points.

Cons
We set it up to display the feed in Slack, but I had trouble signing into Assembly for 2 to 3 months because it required a strange email that wasn't really an email. This month, I must have clicked on the right link because it brought me to Assembly and I was able to give out some points.

Pros
The concept of Assembly is quite strong and useful which outweighs some drawbacks. It's an extremely easy and meaningful tool for team management and empowering recognition at all levels.
Cons
The interface can be a bit confusing, especially considering it is a fairly simple tool. The recognitions lack general visual personalization to make it as fun as other platforms I've tried.
