Helpful for managing operations

Pros

It makes it really easy for us to track hours, schedules and WBS line items.

Cons

There is a very specific operating criteria for web browsers and pedantic on settings to be used.

It has very specific software / browser requirements which can cause instability easily.

Reasonable tool but needs improvements

Pros

Its web interface accessibility from any computer is my favorite feature.

Cons

Its technology is outdated which minimizes Ajera's accessibility and usability. Also it has compatibility issues with Mac and certain browsers.

It is ok but not the best

Pros

The addition of latest features has improved the overall appearance of Ajera. Plus the availability of dashboard shortcuts and other options has improved my experience a lot as a user.

Cons

It is not easy to navigate between multiple companies at once, which causes frustration. And to do that you have to log in and out again and again.

Ajera is easy to Customize

Pros

With Ajera I can easily customize timekeeping codes for both billable and non-billable items which makes my job easy. However in the start navigating interface might feel a bit confusing.

Cons

One thing that I dislike is that expense tracking for mileage is not always accurate. Also, it is difficult correct programming rates of different years.

Ajera is a great product and offers excellent customer support

Pros

Ajera is easy to customize which allow us to set up it as per our requirements and that too by staying relatable to other user's experience.

Cons

It is not easy to use mainly for the new users. To improve this side, they should get an input form the users from the beginning.

It is a great tool that help us in PM

Pros

Ajera not only help us in project management but also supports us in forecasting workload, revenue projections and accounting functions. It also allows us to create additional reports. For example it provides the data to support HR in making decision during new hirings.

Cons

It would be great if it allows us to create custom forms, allow vendors to submit invoices to the clients directly and allow sharing information from Ajera directly to the website.

We are planning to switch!

Pros

2 feature that I like the most are Project management and scheduling. Also our project managers love using Ajera.

Cons

Ajera's financial reporting feature is not the best. Plus P&L statements are never accurate. To ensure they are correct we have to run to run two books side by side to get a correct report.

It is the best deal for us

Pros

What I like about Ajera is that it allows project managers to instantly access project data through dashboards which can be customized and streamlines project management.

Cons

There are only minor issues that can be easily fixed so it is a reliable option for long-term users.
