Nothing negative came to my mind, I really like the commenting system in Backlog. It's efficient and intuitive.

The user interface is effortless and easy to navigate. I used to feel overwhelmed when using Jira, but that's not the case with Backlog.
Cons
It is a bit inconvenient that saving options requires clicking a button and does not happen automatically.

“Amazing tool
Pros
Using Backlog was easy, I didn't encounter any issues at all.
Cons
It would be helpful if users were notified by email when a comment is added to a Backlog ticket, even if they are not the one who made the change. Not a major issue, though.
