Right from the start I find it clean and easy to use. It makes working with others on projects much easier for our team and task management is simple to handle inside the platform.

It makes collaboration much more practical since important information isn't stuck in one person's email inbox and the whole team can stay on the same page.

The interface isn't the most modern or visually appealing and there are definitely other project management tools that look nicer. Still, it gets the job done and works well from a functional standpoint.

It stands out because it brings communication, tasks and lists into one central place which keeps everything organized and easy to follow. The automatic check-in feature is especially helpful since it encourages team members to regularly share progress updates making communication hassle free and keeping everyone aligned throughout the design process.

This one is definitely a useful tool though its file management could use some improvement because it doesn't offer the same level of sorting and tagging you get with platforms like CI or GitLab. It would also be really helpful to have more control over notifications so users could fine-tune alerts based on urgency or relevance and cut down on notification fatigue.

Getting this set up across the company was easy. Also it does a good job supporting both task tracking and overall project management and it also makes it simple to stay connected with companies outside our business.

Honestly there is nothing complicated about it. It has consistently kept a good reputation with our team and I genuinely value it.

I like the fact that it hits a really nice balance between simplicity and efficiency. It gives you exactly what you need for handling projects, communication and most kinds of collaborative work without burying you under a pile of features that never get used. The message board is simple but still does the job well, with just enough room to customize it. The biggest plus is that it feels like a product built from real-world use since the team behind it actually uses it to run their own business. They also share plenty of helpful free resources and my favorite is the Shape Up book that explains how they approach research and discovery using the platform.

A lot of the things that used to bother me have already been improved so the only issue still left on my side is recurring tasks. You still cannot schedule them every 8 or more days because it stops at 7. It's definitely a niche need but I have run into it a few times and had to come up with a workaround.

This one stands out to me for how naturally it improves communication between team members. It also gives the team a clear way to plan projects, track how things are progressing and stay aligned on what everyone is working on.

It does feel limited when it comes to features and customization options.
