I think BigTime is fine overall. It's easy to use. However, it didn't have the flexibility I needed for my work, which involves different billing setups depending on the service. Unfortunately BigTime didn't handle that well. While it's easy to use it just didn't have the flexibility I was looking for.

My setup for jobs with budgeting from start to finish has gotten a lot easier with this. It really helps to have everything in one place when reviewing accounts. BigTime is super easy to navigate. I mostly use the Invoicing module, and it's been really helpful for me. I also like that it's pretty reliable and doesn't have much downtime which is always a plus.
Cons
There aren't many issues with invoice processing but when there is one, it takes a while to get resolved. Sometimes it's so bad that we just have to work around it because it can't be fixed right away.

Cons

Cons
It seems like the app works better for iPhone users. As an Android user with a Fold 5, the upgraded app didn't work for me. After months of emailing back and forth, no solution came through. Also there's no in-person phone support to help get things fixed.

BigTime has proven to be an excellent tool for me to track project time at my firm. Plus it was quite simple for me to learn. I was able to create specific reports that met my tracking needs very well. Plus I also use it for project management, budgeting and invoice preparation and tracking.
Cons
Have nothing negative to say about BT. From customer support to the online Knowledge Base, I can easily find answers to most questions. The training and follow-up support have been excellent too. So overall I am very happy with it.

Also the software we now use for all-time tracking and billing is quite simple for both employees and contractors to use, and it's really flexible and versatile. As for the support team, they have been amazing. They are responsive, thorough and always get back to me quickly with answers to my questions.
Cons
The main problem we often run into is that the QuickBooks sync doesn't always work as it should. The tricky part is, it's hard to tell whether the issue is with BigTime or QuickBooks.
