“FURLOUGHED USER USING BLINK
Pros
It is a fantastic tool for staying connected with colleagues and the company, especially during periods of furlough.
Cons
I had trouble accessing Blink on my old iPhone, and my browser would not play MP4 downloads. Fortunately, I resolved it by logging in using a different browser.

“Excellent! Zero Complaints!
Pros
It offers a plethora of features: from sharing updates with all employees to facilitating private communication, and even contacting our CEO directly for real-time responses. It's incredibly user-friendly and accessible across devices.
Cons
Initially, Blink had limitations on the number of attachments per post, but that is been updated. The platform has evolved rapidly, and honestly, we have no complaints.

“Good Communication Tool

It serves as an effective tool for disseminating information across various departments within the organization.

It would be great to have options for posting in different font styles like bold or italic. Additionally, some users face issues opening attachments at times.

“Blink Review from Sydney Transport company
Pros
The ease of use and its capacity to spread information whenever necessary, coupled with its extensive reach, are remarkable. It empowers staff to access and digest information at their convenience.
Cons
Uploading videos was a bit of a hassle as I had to use YouTube, but now that direct video uploads are available, it is no longer an issue.

“Great Company Social Platform
Pros
It is easy to use and the team behind it is responsive to feedback and suggestions. Integration with other business applications enhances its utility for daily updates.
Cons
With the recent updates allowing multiple photo uploads and direct video posts, I can't think of much else to improve. However, permission levels could use some tweaking, and there is a need for more flexibility between admin and user roles. Also, it is not easy to post to specific teams if you are not part of them, which could be improved for better business collaboration.

“A Surprise Underdog Comes Through
Pros
I was skeptical about adding Blink to our communication platforms, but after the first demo, I was sold. It fulfills all our communication needs and comes at a reasonable price.
Cons
There are a few minor functionality issues I have encountered, like not being able to control what appears under an employee's name or in the directory.

“BLINK AND YOU'VE MISSED IT.
Pros
Unlike traditional social media platforms, Blink offers tools directly relevant to my job, making it a more focused and productive platform.
Cons
The fact that everyone, including senior management, can view it, even during off-hours, can be overwhelming.

“Fine for communications, lacking in other features
Pros
Their simple instant messaging interface and newsfeed-like homepage appearance make it easy to use, with some useful integrations and a functional calendar feature.
Cons
The app lacks support for third-party apps and does not allow viewing documents within the app, only as attachments.

“Blink is our second in house comm tool and things are looking up!
Pros
It offers neat features like email search and a hub for easily accessing important work documents. Its chat function is efficient and responsive.
Cons
Notifications need improvement. There is concern that messages might go unnoticed instead of reaching the right people.

“Alternative Intranet
Pros
Blink offers several benefits, including being free for smaller teams, serving as an alternative to costly intranet solutions, and offering convenient access across various devices.
Cons
To brand the app, you have to purchase the premier package at a monthly cost per user. It would be better if there was a fixed fee per month for small companies with up to 10 users, like 20 plus VAT.

“Don't upgrade to business!
Pros
It is both easy to use and a valuable free app.
Cons
There is no support! I upgraded to the business package and have not noticed any significant differences worth the money. Attempts to contact support have been futile, it is like they are unreachable, almost like a scam. Stick to the free version, don't bother upgrading.

“Easy to use. Very clever bots and integrations
Pros
The Feed feature merge all necessary information, while the messaging functionality is efficient and straightforward to use, including instant messaging, teams, and spaces.
Cons
Offline functionality would be nice to have, although these days, most of us are online for the majority of the workday, so it is just a minor convenience.
