“Believes Revu is perfect for you!
Pros
I fell in love with Bluebeam Revu's navigation setup. This is one program that one shouldn't miss out on. The features in Bluebeam, like markup, color system, PDF, measurement functions, and blueprints, are one of a kind. I highly recommend this software to people in construction.
Cons
I truly regret not discovering Bluebeam earlier; it would have helped me advance and stay up to date with the software. It's definitely a go-to software.

Pros
Converting files, docs, and images to PDF is easy. Powerful marking up, reviewing, and annotating is convenient for editing PDF files, such as removing or adding pages.
Cons
The printing setup menu looks very similar to Adobe Acrobat, but I was never able to print documents the way I wanted with BlueBeam. The search tool is not convenient.

“Bluebeam for Construction
Pros
Good functions for measurement off drawings and reviewing drawings.
Cons
It would be better if dragging a drawing out kept all buttons around the drawing, not just the drawing on the other screen.

“You need to ditch Acrobat if you're in the AEC business
Pros
Being able to rename page labels automatically, set an architectural scale for each sheet for accurate measurements, and batch hyperlink my shop drawings before I send them to clients. Very stable, I can't remember having any crashes.
Cons
The licensing scheme is twenty years out of date. In 2023, I should be able to use my license on my desktop and laptop or home computer without purchasing an additional license or dealing with authorizing and de-authorizing my license. Allow 2 or 6 machines to be activated on one license or go to a log in scheme like Autodesk uses now. The strict licensing only irritates your honest customers, most companies figured this out a long time ago.
