What I like most about BQE CORE Suite is how it consolidates project management, time tracking, billing, and reporting into a single platform. The interface is intuitive, making it easy for the team to log hours, track progress, and generate accurate invoices quickly. I also appreciate the flexible reporting tools, which provide clear insights into budgets, resource allocation, and overall project performance.
Cons
The aspects I like least about BQE CORE Suite are mostly minor usability issues. The mobile app can be a bit slow when handling large projects, and the interface can feel overwhelming for new users due to the number of features available. Additionally, some reporting and dashboard customization options could be more flexible to better fit specific workflows.

Cons
There have been a couple bugs but their customer service is very responsive and we have not been without anything that restricts business operations.

I like that Core is available wherever I need it, at the office or from my home if there's something I need to add or adjust. I like that I can edit entries quickly all from a keyboard.
Cons
I have not had any issues with CORE, and certainly none that would keep me from using it.

“This Software Really Does Make a Difference”
Pros
Outstanding solution for Business that need a powerful and automated invoicing system. Timesheet's are user friendly and the reporting systems are outstanding and customizable. It has many modules that work together or if you choose they do work wonderful as stand alone.
Cons
Don't be intimidated by all the features. It won't take you long to use the software and reap the benefits.

Pros
Helps me get paid. I use it to enter my time and expenses and it works well. The company has worked out previous glitches.
Cons
I haven't used similar competitors, but the interface could probably be improved/streamlined. Nothing detrimental to note, though.

Pros
BQE makes it very easy to manage your time performance which is crucial to an architectural office. They give you a very clean and simple interface making it very easy to use and understand.
Cons
What i like least is the loading aspect behind it and it does take a while for a page to load or a list to load as you scroll. But I'm sure they are a couple of updates away from resolving this.

Pros
I use BQE Core for time and expense entry, reviewing vendor T&E, creating invoices, payment tracking, and reporting. BQE makes it easy to track time and expenses without the need for manual Excel spreadsheets. It also saves a lot of time by streamlining the invoice creation process—just a click of a button, and I can bill my clients efficiently
Cons
1. It takes over an hour to download CSV files when dealing with large amounts of data. However, it's often unclear how long the process will take. Could the system display a progress bar showing the percentage of CSV files generated? This would help users understand how much time remains for the download to complete. 2. Please add a pop-up message saying 'End of the filter search' on the Time Sheet, Expense Entries, and 'Time and Expense Reviewer' pages. It's often confusing to keep scrolling through rows without knowing whether you've reached the end of the search results 3.In the 'Create Invoice Batch' T&E details section, the filter function is not user-friendly. After filtering by an employee's name, the work dates do not appear in chronological order, making it time-consuming for users to review the T&E details

BQE interface is incredibly user friendly. It is intuitive and I appreciate how forgiving it is. It makes it easy to bill time, mark notes for the clients, and to see overall time billed.
Cons
I believe this is a company setting, but I cannot delete entries once they have been saved. I am unable to have "0" time logged even if I submitted on the wrong day.

Cons

Pros
The time tracking and organization tools to keep track and also process client billing, etc. simplifies the overall process of a traditional timesheet while keeping things live in real time to properly track project progress. Being able to access via the internet as opposed to another app to download makes things simple and easy to do from any computer, remotely or on a phone
Cons
Relatively easy to use for most employees but has issues with loading times, graphic interface and toggling between the different interfaces, moving between the date options - day, week, month and also the time card vs time entry interfaces.
