I find this software straightforward and easy to use from an organizational standpoint in tracking and submitting time as an employee - this is particularly useful when frequently moving back and forth between multiple projects.

When searching for projects/project numbers, the interface can lag at times, and initially takes some getting used to when first utilizing the software

Very user friendly website and easy to enter in time into timesheets.

Sometimes difficult to make edits to previously saved time in timesheets and occasionally crashed from time to time, with no estimated time of fix shown by BQE Core.

This software is incredible for tracking time and expenses. It is overall really good, particularly how it integrates time keeping with project management, invoicing, and accounting all in one place. The user interface is very easy to get accustomed to and roll out among an organization. I would definitely recommend

BQE CORE has greatly benefited our small engineering firm over the past six months, streamlining our time tracking, expense reporting, project management, and invoicing processes. We have not encountered major issues, and the responsive support team and helpful training resources have been invaluable.

There is a learning curve to using Core, but with the available training and support from the software we got adjusted really quickly!

It is a great product that meets my needs perfectly. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Also the seminar staff was very friendly.

Very easy to look at and figure out how your time is being incorporated into certain projects, easy to use/navigate, easy to upload time and review/submit time.

Mobile application has some bugs, especially with entering expenses using the receipt scanner. Otherwise, my limited experience has been positive.

Easy to navigate, so it is easy to use during a work day. It does not take up too much time to do what has to be done. At least for me as an intern.

There was one time I tried to eliminate hours within a certain day because I logged them in prior to the day happening. I know I should have not done this, and I have not done this after, but I ended not being able to go in that day. So I had to decrease the amount of hours from the other days of work to even it out.

Reports are a bit complicated to figure out how to get the data you are looking for. Could be more user friendly but not too bad once you learn it. Allocations forecasting feature still need work to be useful.

BQE CORE works great for companies that have lots of projects going at once, and work on each has to be monitored closely. I typically have between 6-10 projects that I actively work on every week, so using the software makes it easy for me to break down my time effectively. For companies with less long-term projects, I imagine it would also be helpful to help break down the small chunks of work being completed over the long term. Its also easy to access through the mobile app, and keeps a great record and allows for filtering of all previous work

The site has been slow at times, and I dont particularly love the fact that time entries in the time sheets will auto-populate based on previous weeks work. Also, if I want to delete an entry from the time card page, I have to switch over to the time entries page to do so. These are minor things but can get frustrating over time.

Daily user here. I think the core software is pretty good. Its interface is user-friendly with multiple ways of tracking, viewing and inputting time and expenses. I also like that there is an app for your phone for quick entries or for timing tasks.

Fairly easy to navigate as long as you arent afraid to click around, trial and error, to learn where to go. I enjoy all the user preference you can apply to curate your timecard, dashboard etc.Autosave feature is really nice.

It is a bit overwhelming with all the things this website can do, and you can get fairly lost in it.The back button feature? Never seems to be just going back one step.
