Pros

It was very simple and easy to use and navigate. It operates similarly to a social media site, allowing you to "like" the content someone added and providing real-time updates and responses. I also like being able to gather information about common issues throughout our business and collaborate on ideas.

Cons

Currently, I have no dislikes to mention. With more usage over time, there may be things to add in the future, but as it stands it works perfectly fine.

The available queries for slicing and dicing the data are not enough. The charts are limited, and we still need to extract data manually to create reports or charts.

We have been using BI for two years, and the continuous enhancements and improvements they implement are impressive.

The system offers so many applications, and it is a struggle for me to find the best way to utilize all of them. It would be helpful to have real-world examples for each application.
