I was impressed by how easy it was for my clients to upload and send me documents using Canopy.
Cons
Previously, Canopy used Paysafe for payments, and it was acceptable. However, they recently switched to Ayden, which has caused numerous issues. We can't add new payments, process old payments, or see decline codes. The transparency with CC or ACH ledgers has disappeared, making it a nightmare to collect payments from our clients.

Importing new zip files with multiple folders is not a annoying task anymore as I don't have to create new folders or filenames. Canopy creates and saves files exactly where I need them.
