“Excellent for tracking project progress

Pros

The timeline view is super handy for following project advancement and recording what we've done.

Cons

Managing my team's capacity and scheduling is a little clunky and not as easy as I'd like it to be.

“Improved collaboration

Pros

Our company has had this for about five months now. It's made a big difference in how we handle our to-do lists and work together with colleagues across the business. The drag-and-drop function lets us smoothly connect it with other parts of the system. We can see various jobs in the timeline view and also organize our work using the calendar.

Cons

This is a solid program and we haven't had any troubles with it. The support team was also great at answering all of our questions.

It really focuses on getting everyone on the same page, from clients to team members which helps smooth out project execution and resource allocation. Our rate of finished projects is up by a fifth and we've seen better financial returns.

Cons

No cons really, I appreciate being able to see everything happening across all our projects in one place. It helps us catch every detail and makes sure we're always moving toward our main company objectives.

I love that I can get to it from anywhere. It works perfectly on my phone, my tablet and my desktop computer.

The wait time for a reply from their support is longer than it should be.

I like how feature-rich it is and how I can customize it to fit our workflows. The real-time collaboration tools are also very helpful and the time tracking is detailed and very accurate.

Cons

The learning curve is fairly steep and the cost can add up quickly. I have also heard from colleagues that the user interface and overall experience could be easier to use. also a license adjustments have been a hassle.

It is really easy to use and noticeably better than the tool I used before.

I have noticed that some filters disappear unexpectedly and I cannot figure out how to save them.

Pros

I really like how the system pulls project tasks directly from the plan and how that integration clearly guides what my teams must accomplish.

Cons

A limitation I face is that it won't automatically schedule work assignments based on the next available resource time slots which increases manual work.

It is an all in one solution combining powerful features like MS Project's WBS and Gantt charts, an Agile task board with drag and drop, client collaboration on an issue register, color-coded workload that flows directly from scheduling, simple yet advanced time entry methods and support for both fixed-price and time-and-materials billing on the same project!

Cons

The notifications feel a bit chaotic, showing duplicates but sometimes missing items. I also cannot paste images directly from the clipboard as I have to save them first. Also there used to be an annoying restriction preventing me from adding clients as followers on issues but fortunately that follower feature was rolled out last week!

Celoxis is a true all-in-one tool for handling project management, invoicing, contract administration and financial tasks. The best thing is that I can customize it to support all those functions.

Cons

In my experience when I remove an item other than projects, it is permanently erased with no way to recover it. However this has not caused major problems for me because we can at least restore deleted projects.

Pros

The software is really easy to use and packed with features that help me keep projects running very efficiently. Also I can share data with teammates and I've been able to automate several routine tasks thanks to the API they provide.

Cons

As per me the feature for assigning resources to projects and individual users was a bit tricky to get the hang of at first but once I learned it, I found it very helpful for distributing resources much more efficiently.

Pros

It is an extremely powerful and adaptable solution for planning and launching projects simply. I also consider it one of the top choices for mapping out project plans and keeping workflows aligned smoothly without hassle. Also it handles end to end project management automation and provides detailed reports and clear visibility into progress at every phase of a project. In my use, the platform performs well across a variety of business contexts.

Cons

I have not run into any problems at my level so far but I do wish it would continue improving its ability to work smoothly with other tools and systems.

I have been using it and consider it a all in one PPM tool for handling both project and resource management.

Cons

No cons to share but it is not very well known in the marketing world so it does not get much visibility.

Pros

There are several features I really noticed like the ability to customize dashboards per user and the reliable risk-management capabilities which I find useful for keeping projects organized.

Cons

Personally I think it is fairly expensive compared with other software. As it costs 22 euros per user, while PandaDoc was only 19 euros so I feel the price difference is noticeable.

One word from my side flexibility. As it has completely changed how we operate as a company. It gives me precise oversight and tracking across every project, offering a high-level snapshot of overall project health. Thanks to Celoxis, we can stay ahead by spotting which projects are at risk or falling behind. From that overview I can drill down quickly to identify the specific tasks jeopardizing a project and take corrective action fast and efficiently.

Cons

I'd really like it to offer a smooth, out of the box integration with our ERP system as that would make things much easier for our workflows.

Report creation is easy, dashboards flexibly show key metrics and I able to log time regularly.

Celoxis gives me complete insight into the essential aspects of our projects. Editing tasks in it is also not a problem. Moreover the interface is pretty decent which makes it easy to use and I find it surprisingly user-friendly.

I'd really like to have a simple, quick to-do list built into this tool. Also the lack of a mobile app is noticeable and something I'd like to see added.

Personally I like Celoxis's clear, easy to navigate interface and its simple, essential features.

As an engineer I am frustrated that I do not have administrator rights in the system. I feel like that limitation really should not be part of a product like this.

The software includes a wide range of project management tools covering planning, team collaboration, resource allocation and reporting. I also really like having all these functions bundled into one software package for convenience.

Cons

Yes it delivers a very complete collection of features but its user interface looks a bit complicated as I'd like. So if they improved the UI and overall user experience, it would make the product much easier to use day to day.
