“excellent for project tracking and reporting
Pros
Celoxis is excellent for project tracking and reporting. It gives me a transparent snapshot of progress and overall performance. Also its dashboards are customizable and the automation tools help keep project management more efficient and well-organized.
Cons
As a user I noticed the interface can be overwhelming for newcomers as there is a noticeable learning curve. I also notice that several of the more advanced features take extra time and effort to set up correctly.

“provides full toolkit, great for small teams
Pros
It includes a full set of project management tools that work well for small teams. What I like most is that we can generate BI-grade reports directly inside the platform. Their customer service is responsive too as they respond within an hour. Overall I feel it is a great choice for small-scale companies.
Cons
On mobile I have noticed several issues. Such as the app can be glitchy and the interface feels a little confusing for new users. I ended up needing a professional to help configure the software properly.

“good customization options, bad UI
Pros
I really like how the customization options let me create workflows that match our government filing procedures which helps prevent mistakes.
Cons
The cluttered interface and the overload of options made locating even basic tasks unnecessarily difficult turning routine use into a complicated and annoying experience. I have also notice customer support can be slow to answer questions about customizations.

“Budget-friendly with great value
Pros
Celoxis ranks among the most budget-friendly platforms for managing projects and collaborating with teams. Plus it gives great value for the price while keeping security in place. The mix of safety and affordability is exactly what customers want!
Cons
I notice a fair amount of micromanagement that negatively affects staff and the company enforces strict office-only attendance with inflexible working hours.

“Loved real-time dashboard insights
Pros
What I liked most was the user experience and the dashboard providing real-time insights which ended up saving our team a great deal of time in project management workflows.
Cons
Nothing major that I noticed although I will say it takes some time to become proficient and make adjustments. However once I finally got comfortable using it, it quickly became my go-to tool.

“transparent progress and task ownership
Pros
One thing I love about Celoxis was how transparently it displays project progress and who owns each task. As part of the team I could quickly spot the tasks assigned to me, see upcoming due dates and understand dependencies without having to chase people down. Also the dashboards and reports gave me a clear picture of timelines and the team's workload which kept everyone on the same page. Collaboration felt easy too because updates, comments and file uploads lived in one place. After getting comfortable with the layout, I relied on it every day for tracking my work.
Cons
That said I ran into a steeper learning curve than I expected at first. Because the platform packs so many capabilities, it can be a little overwhelming for newcomers especially if you only want simple task management. Also a few screens felt a bit busy and some operations required more clicks than I thought necessary. I also noticed occasional slowness when pulling up reports though it only happened sometimes and did not really disrupt things significantly.

“Brings all project work into one place
Pros
Celoxis brings all project-related work into one place. I can handle tasks, allocate resources, track budgets, monitor timelines and create reports without switching between different tools which is fantastic. The dashboards and reporting give me visibility into where projects stand, how overloaded the team is and what costs are coming up as a result planning feels more grounded and my decisions are better informed. I also like the ability to customize workflows, fields and views. It adapts to how a particular team works instead of forcing everyone into a one size fits all setup.
Cons
The UI functions good but I do not find it as modern or user friendly as some of the newer apps I have tried. Also getting everything set up can be a bit slow at first especially when you're learning recommended approaches while you configure the system and figure out what works best.

“relied on it for portfolio management
Pros
For over a year I have relied on it to manage our firm's project portfolio. Its Gantt charts and resource management tools have been a huge help too. I also really like the live dashboards which give an immediate view of project health, budgets and timelines making it much easier to spot problems. The financial tracking capability is excellent too.
Cons
Overall I am happy with it but I will say new users face a fairly steep learning curve, particularly when setting up custom workflows. Also the interface can feel a bit overcomplicated at times, with an abundance of features that can overwhelm. Still I have not faced any major problems so far.

“Fast setup, cluttered interface
Pros
Building out big project plans is quick. I can make my own fields and apps without a fuss and the copy-paste and import options save a ton of time. I also love that I can use my own project blueprints for jobs that are basically the same.
Cons
The layout feels a bit cramped. I also find it annoying to deal with two separate scroll bars right next to each other.

“Great reports but weak Salesforce sync
Pros
The reports are top-notch and I love that it syncs up perfectly with my digital calendar.
Cons
Connecting it to Salesforce was disappointing. We needed a much deeper and more sophisticated link than what was available.

“Tracks KPIs well.. Pricey !
Pros
This has been a game-changer for keeping tabs on our complicated mix of projects. It lets me monitor all our key performance indicators and the current state of every single job.
Cons
The price tag is on the higher side and the help desk could be a lot more responsive and useful.

“Powerful but complex for beginners
Pros
This is one of the top project management apps out there. The smart automation is great and the whole thing is just plain simple to operate.
Cons
For someone just starting out, this software can be a bit much to handle. Getting it to work with our other apps was also trickier than I expected.

“Adaptable software
Pros
What stands out to me is how adaptable it is and the sheer depth of its project management kit. Everything you need is there, from in-depth timeline views to instant team communication, making it easy to handle your to-do list, your people and your due dates.
Cons
My main issue is that the screen looks really busy and packed when you first log in. It takes some time and patience to learn your way around which can be frustrating for newcomers.

“personalized and integrated hub
Pros
I'm a big fan of the personalized home screen where I can watch my progress and spending. It also works hand-in-hand with other programs we rely on, like our email.
Cons
The biggest hurdle is getting your team up to speed. Training people who have never used the platform before requires a real time investment.

Pros
Monitoring hours spent on a project, managing my team's workload and following task progress were all things we could do without any trouble.

“Smooth with minor reporting bugs
Pros
After relying on this for the better part of a year, I feel I can offer some solid advice to folks considering it. It's been incredibly smooth to operate, and the personalized main screen is a cinch to use. It's become a major part of how our company handles work for groups of all sizes. I constantly use the data reporting function for analyzing our ad numbers, which is a huge part of what we do. The support crew was also pretty good, giving us clear steps and manuals to get everything up and running.
Cons
This is more of a hopeful request than a complaint, but the data reporting section still has a few glitches. I noticed some errors the last time I was using it to build reports.
