“Ultimate solution for project and resource management
Pros
Clarity Software is a robust project and portfolio management tool that helps organizations like ours to handle projects efficiently especially beneficial for large enterprises. Plus it offers powerful tools to manage resources across multiple projects.
Cons
The cost of it and its user interface can be a challenge for teams without dedicated IT support. Also it struggles with large datasets and its mobile experience is limited which are major drawbacks.

“A complete solution
Pros
It integrates all software into one platform which makes it easier to manage all our users.
Cons
Well the company is not based in the United States and I would prefer a US-based company.

“Brilliant automation and customer service.
Pros
I have been able to re-work my business from the ground up thanks to Clarity. It has one of the most amazing customer service reps who helped me during the implementation phase. I just had to inform the team of our minimum criteria for transitioning our software to Clarity, and they made sure that these requirements were quickly produced and published. I really like the automation of emails/communication with sponsors, which we used to do manually and took hours to accomplish.
Cons
Clarity has been so good overall that I find it difficult to highlight the cons, if any. There are obviously some weak points and areas of improvement. But that can be said about the most sophisticated (not to mention, expensive) software out there as well. Clarity is a newly designed platform that is still under active development. Tech support is a pleasure to work with. They share their development plans, and are open to feature suggestions. I am confident that any missing functions will be added to the software in due course.

“contributed to my business growth
Pros
In my experience it covers all our daily activities from quoting to sales. Plus its easy to use features always get great feedback from our team. It speeds up our work by centralizing all our tasks. And the automation, accuracy and easy tracking of our business are huge pluses. Analyzing sales results is also simple.
Cons
It would be great to have automation for email follow ups. And the software can be expensive if we want to add extra modules and sometimes it runs a bit slow.

“Not worth your time
Pros
Honestly there are not many positives. The support is good but I feel like they could still improve.
Cons
Almost everything about it is disappointing. It is an outdated CRM system. When they demo the system it looks promising but they do not show you all the features and functionalities. Once you sign up, it becomes confusing because the things you were shown are not included in your plan. The salesperson tells you what you want to hear and after signing up the cracks begin to show. Some features we were shown are not available in our package and we will have to buy additional user licenses for those features which can get very expensive. Plus there are different modules for different tasks like sales, invoicing, production, delivery and fitting and each one requires its own user licenses. For example if you purchase the invoicing module, you will need separate licenses for each person who needs access. This was not clearly explained when we signed up.

“Good but has quite a lot of issues
Pros
I like how it provides a solid, accurate cost which we can then present to customers as a quote. This makes us look much more professional.
Cons
The quoting system I feel like could definitely be improved as it should show all the costs clearly.

“Nice but expensive
Pros
Clarity Software job folders are way too simple and useful as they store all our job files, measurements, invoices and photos in one location.
Cons
For a smaller company like ours the extra modules are costly though I would like to have access to some of them.

“Love it
Pros
I like that it is very user friendly with plenty of options for different types of quoting and production management. Also I enjoy the sales projections and historical data analysis.
Cons
One thing is frustrating that once a project is in delivery mode it cannot be modified.

“I wish I found it a little early
Pros
The ease of use and how well it integrates with our accounting software makes it really seamless.
Cons
Sometimes it feels a little slow or drawn out but that does not happen very often, so it is not a big issue.
