Solid PM support that you need in tech outfits
Pros

I ditched our repair shop software for ClearPoint – haven’t had to look back since. The software manages your work for you; have tripled my repair orders in the seven months since signing up.

An incredible product is supported by an even more incredible team
Pros

Its really simple to use once you get the hang of Clearpoint. The dashboards are simple to construct. The Clearpoint team is wonderful to deal with; they are really knowledgeable and supportive. They pay close attention to our requirements and are prepared to respond to our inquiries. We enjoy having instant access to data that can be quickly sliced and diced in a variety of ways.

Cons

I kind of do not like that pressing the scroll button on the mouse causes the numbers youve entered to change; I think this is something that could be fixed quickly in a new version of the software. It is different if you use Excel because you cant just hit enter to move on to the next box where you can add your data.

Pros

The ClearPoint softwares ability to personalize reports and layouts is what Ive found to be most useful. It makes it possible to present the "whole picture" in a simple and neat manner. The ability to create a report with both language and graphics has really engaged our users with Clearpoint.

Cons

What I find frustrating is the lack of ability to modify the header, cell, and table styles within the report. It can be really irritating if you dont know where to look for the feature in the admin options settings.
