“Comprehensive free trial”
Pros
As a freelancer, the free trial has already covered everything I need. I can set up tasks for each client with tags, add due dates and keep track of all my work in one place. It's been brilliant.
Cons
needs a Google Calendar integration that could automatically create tasks whenever I block out time on my calendar or even work the other way around.

“Beginner-friendly management platform”
Pros
It feels like a simple management platform with familiar views so it's approachable for beginners while still being capable enough for more advanced, serious users.
Cons
I honestly haven't come across anything to dislike about the software. It makes Jira, Trello, Wrike and other agile management tools seem like a joke by comparison.

“Works well across devices”
Pros
This software runs well on both desktop and mobile so it's simple to keep up with tasks while you're away from your desk and stay connected with your team for collaboration.
Cons
It can feel complicated and some parts come across as a bit too technical to use comfortably.

“Prompt support”
Pros
Recent updates have improved the app a lot and fixed most of the older issues especially the scrolling problems. Customer support is quick to respond and actually helpful. The addition of offline mode across all platforms is also a really valuable feature.
Cons
At times, the navigation still feels a bit overwhelming.

“Amazing desktop version”
Pros
The desktop version has been a fantastic fit for me. It includes everything I need to build and manage an efficient setup for both my CRM and my personal time and task organization.
Cons
The iPad app though, is missing a lot of important features which makes it feel close to unusable. I begin many of my tasks on the iPad but then I have to switch over to the desktop just to finish managing them especially for things like dragging and dropping tasks on boards or setting recurring tasks. Those are pretty basic functions to be without.

“Company-wide task visibility”
Pros
It brings everyone's tasks together in one place across the project. It makes it simple to see who's handling what and the reminders for upcoming work help keep everything on track.
Cons
We've also been using it for expense tracking and that part hasn't been my favorite. Maybe I just haven't dug into every option yet but I feel like a more Excel-style layout or stronger reporting would work better. I also struggled a bit to figure out how to edit certain items. There are a lot of places to click through so it could definitely be simplified.

“Poorly designed features”
Pros
It is marketed as an all-in-one productivity platform and the pricing is reasonable, even if it has been rising pretty quickly. Their support team is also very helpful.
Cons
The biggest problem is how it seems to operate at its core, it keeps pushing out features that feel badly designed, poorly implemented and unfinished, then appears to rely on user frustration and complaints to figure out which ones are worth properly resourcing, completing and stabilizing. It feels like a deeply flawed and frustrating misuse of agile development principles.

“Plenty of customization options”
Pros
Getting around it feels simple and the platform offers plenty of customization to fit different workflows. It's also nice that sending suggestions to customer support is simple and accessible.
Cons
I can't point to any major downsides. It has been excellent overall though first-time users may need a little time to get comfortable because there are so many features to explore.

“Adapts well to our needs”
Pros
It's flexible enough to adapt to all kinds of needs which is a huge plus.
Cons
The Goals feature is really useful especially when progress updates automatically through task completion. The only thing missing right now is goal tracking in the mobile app.

“Transformed how we collaborate”
Pros
This product has made a noticeable difference in how our team works together and has improved overall accountability among contributors.
Cons
At times, there's a bit of lag so updates don't always appear right away and I need to refresh the page to see the changes.

“Indispensable for my workflow”
Pros
It has been part of my workflow for the last four months after a client and I began collaborating on website content. They send over topics for me to handle and once I finish a task, I move it along to the next stage. We use it in a pretty light way and don't really rely on the progress tracking, scheduling or many of the other tools built into the platform. Even so, for the way we're using it, it works really well.
Cons
the email notifications aren't always consistent though it seems more like a spam-control approach than a real issue. Sometimes I'd only get emails for 2 or 3 task updates even though there were actually around 10. After getting familiar with how it handles notifications, I ended up preferring it that way since I'd rather not have my inbox flooded with updates I probably wouldn't read in email anyway.

“Convenient data imports”
Pros
Bringing data over from Google Sheets into it is simple and it's been genuinely enjoyable using a tool that can be adjusted and shaped to match the way you already work.
Cons
It can feel a bit overwhelming at first and there aren't very clear cues for handling lead management or setting up ClickUp the way more established, fast-moving tools like "Pipe-Driver" seem to offer.

“worth every penny”
Pros
It gives our organization a lot of value without costing much. It helps us manage teams and project timelines well while keeping everything transparent across the company. On top of that, it lets you create personal notes and set reminders for yourself or the team which adds a lot of flexibility to how work and tasks get handled.
Cons
The interface for personal notes could still use some improvement.

“Central hub for project management”
Pros
This solution really lives up to its promise of being an all-in-one app or at least it comes very close. It has become a central online hub for managing projects and the amount you can do inside the platform is impressive. My favorite parts are the dashboard design across web, mobile and desktop, the built-in time tracking and the ability to monitor goals tied to specific projects and tasks. I also appreciate being able to send and receive emails directly in it, record my screen similar to Loom, automate tasks and workflows and switch between the many available views for projects and tasks. There's honestly far too much to list in full here but overall it's the most feature-rich project management software I've used.
Cons
That huge feature set is also where some of the challenge comes in. From a usability standpoint, all the functionality can feel a bit overwhelming at times especially when you're comparing project management tools and trying to decide which one fits best. Also, while the Chat feature is useful, calling it a true replacement for Slack feels like a stretch. It's convenient to communicate with teammates inside it and the integrations with Zoom and similar tools help but the chat functionality still isn't as powerful as what Slack and other dedicated communication platforms offer.

“solid workflow automation”
Pros
Getting projects set up is pretty simple which has made adoption across the team fairly strong. It also offers solid workflow automation and even with how flexible it is, the configuration still doesn't feel overly complicated.
Cons
There are times when it feels a bit buggy and some features don't work the way you'd naturally expect. In a few cases, extra steps are needed or the functionality just isn't there.

“Our go to for management needs”
Pros
It has become our go-to management platform. Recently, we started storing all of our records and information in it and being able to keep everything in one place has saved us a lot of time and effort. It's a solid piece of software that fits different kinds of organizations and project management approaches. Honestly, it's the best management tool I've used and on top of that, it offers useful features that can even replace other apps, including Slack.
Cons
time-tracking feature is okay and gets the job done but it definitely still needs improvement.

“Easy to get the hang of”
Pros
Coming from Notion, getting started with it felt much more simple. It was simple to learn and I was able to jump in and start using it right away instead of feeling increasingly confused every time I opened it.
Cons
Managing email cleanup is frustrating. If you attach an email in it, you still can't delete that email from your inbox because removing it also breaks the attachment.

“Plenty of modules”
Pros
It covers a lot in one place, with plenty of modules such as time tracking and process management. I can manage work through stages like to-do, in progress and other statuses and it gives enough flexibility to create as many options as needed.
Cons
A part that doesn't work well for me is the fixed four-level structure for organizing records, Folder > Items > Tasks > Subtasks. I'd rather it allow unlimited categories, more like folders and subfolders, instead of restricting everything to that setup.

“Clear interface”
Pros
The clean, transparent interface is a big plus for me especially in a tool I use every day. It also comes with plenty of features and I really appreciated how much I could customize within the task lists. The board system is another part I enjoyed using quite a bit.
Cons
At the same time, while having lots of features is useful, it can also be a bit overwhelming. There were moments when I felt lost because there was just so much packed into the platform, even though the overall design itself is fairly simple.

“Long list of benefits”
Pros
After switching from Asana to ClickUp, I ended up with a lot more benefits. When I handle recurring tasks for a client, whether they are daily, weekly or monthly, it helps me set up the client's business and tasks very quickly. The platform offers a very high level of automation that I did not really find in many other tools like Asana, Notezilla or Wrike. Once I started using it, it reduced my need for many other tools which saved me a lot of time. It also made it much easier to follow tasks across different categories and teams because it lets me manage everything in one place at the same time. The program also offers free services that cover around 85% of the actual cost which is a big advantage.
Cons
There are only a few downsides with this program. Even though the automation is strong and very impressive, it still does not reach 100%. Of course nothing is perfect but I really hope it can get closer to that ideal level. For example, it would help a lot if the process of creating elements and tools was simpler because I struggled with the complexity of that part while doing my tasks. I would also prefer to see more export options beyond Excel, along with a more unified dashboard that makes it easier to import and combine data from several different sources. Better design and export flexibility, together with more precise automation and additional tools, would make the platform even better.
