Keeping projects organized in it has been really effective for us. We can assign due dates and the right person or team members to each task and the system automatically sends reminder and status emails which helps a lot. It's also been a really useful place to store completed materials because the search feature makes them simple to find later. On top of that, sharing a link so others can submit requests is very convenient.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints about it. It's been working extremely well for our marketing projects and proposal-related work.

From day-to-day planning to team coordination, this has been the best corporate planning software I've used. It's packed with features and quite advanced yet it still feels user-friendly to work with. The task and team management setup is excellent and having things like a notepad, images, subtasks, notifications and reminders all in one place makes it perfect for everyday use.

The desktop version is very complete overall but I still miss a few features from the app especially the built-in time tracker.

The design and overall style feel polished so it's simple to understand. Performance has been very solid and the support team has also been helpful when needed.

Paying for every single seat was frustrating. It also felt like the guest option should be simpler to use and unlimited. On top of that, the platform can be hard to navigate, almost overwhelming because of how many options there are and it is not very visual.

Everything brought together in one place is what I value most about it. It covers all my needs, from project management and task tracking to note-taking so I'm not constantly jumping between different apps. On top of that, it connects with a lot of other tools which makes the whole workflow even more productive.

There is definitely a bit of a learning curve for beginners. The Android app is also quite weak and lacks many features so I'm really hoping they expand its functionality over time.

Managing everything in it feels really simple. As a freelance web developer, I'm usually juggling several projects at the same time with a lot of separate tasks and this helps me keep it all organized. I can store notes, hold conversations, bring in collaborators when I hire one-off developers and overall keep everything in one place.

After spending more time with it, the one thing I still wish for is a true all-in-one business setup especially for invoicing and tracking payments too.

The platform can be pretty slow to load. When your whole team depends on one tool to manage all of its work, speed and reliability really matter for staying productive.

Having everything in one place makes a big difference. It combines task management, Gantt charts, calendars, linked tasks and team messaging in a single app. Once people are properly trained, there's really no need for another tool to check task status or understand the next steps in a project. It's a very complete platform that supports day-to-day project work and team coordination really well.

The first few days can be a bit challenging because its a bit hard to get the hang of. It also requires the team to move away from email and that's not always simple to put into practice. That said, once everyone adopts it and starts working inside the platform, it becomes a wonderful way to cut down on email volume and daily back-and-forth communication.

Right away, the dashboard feels well organized and simple to navigate. I especially like the project list on the left, the main dashboard layout and the color coding for each stage of task progress. Switching between list view and board panels is also really helpful. Another feature I appreciate is being able to add comments, tags, notes and attachments directly inside each task. It's also very useful that it shows me my own tasks as soon as I open it.

Cons

Notifications especially the email ones are a downside. When I have a lot of tasks, they end up flooding my inbox and feel a bit spammy.

this isn't a tool you can just pick up and use right away. Your business needs the right knowledge in place and the right culture implemented before bringing it in. Once everything is aligned though, it becomes one of the best allies you can have for managing projects.

The issue doesn't really come from the software itself or even from the kind of culture needed to make it work well. It's more that the huge number of options can make decision-making a bit harder.

After using Zoho Projects before this, this has been a much better fit for our agency. The whole team actually adopted it and it's turned into our go-to productivity platform. It keeps everyone aligned, helps us stay accountable to deadlines, makes remote collaboration much easier and also gives us time tracking so we can work efficiently, plan resources better and bill accurately for the work we do. I also really appreciate how customizable it is since we can set up views and organize information in whatever way works best for each person and workflow.

Resource planning feels frustrating. There are a few helpful tools built in but managing resources across multiple team members and a lot of projects from one clear view is still more difficult than it should be. It can also be a little buggy or slow now and then although it hasn't been a major issue overall.

I really appreciate how often the platform keeps improving. They're constantly rolling out updates, new features and useful enhancements to the tool. On top of that, their customer service has been excellent. Whenever I have a question, they respond thoroughly and do a superb job helping me out.

Cons

The biggest frustration is the search function inside the platform. For a task management tool, it performs really poorly and that creates a major issue. It also feels unusually off-brand for it especially since they tend to do such an outstanding job with almost everything else.

Working with different people at the same time is where this software really shines for business use and it's especially strong when it comes to managing time effectively.

It really lives up to what you'd expect from project management software. Pretty much everything a team needs for collaboration and project planning is available in one place. The task tagging works well too so I can assign a colleague to the tasks they're responsible for and the dashboard makes it clear to track progress at every stage.

Cons

The budgeting and expense tracking features aren't very useful because they feel too basic and there aren't enough parameters to capture detailed information. We ended up handling that part with another tool which unfortunately adds extra cost on our side.

Having so many tools in one place is the biggest advantage for me. It covers task and project management, time tracking, reminders, quick video recording and sharing and even a kind of widget wall where I can keep notes, follow my activity and handle other things. Honestly, it replaces the need for any other software to keep my work organized.

task window is the part I really can't stand. It feels overloaded with details I don't need, the description area is far too limited and half of the space goes to comments which is only really helpful for teams and not much for a freelancer. A cleaner, more organized interface would absolutely make this a 5-star tool for me.

Getting started was simple thanks to the free plan and the tutorials were good enough to have me up and running within a few hours. It includes plenty of useful features like storage, custom views for calendar, board and dashboard, plus 2FA for added security. I also appreciate that you can add unlimited members and invite guest users when needed. The integrations are another strong point, whether through direct connections or Zapier and having all projects and tasks gathered in one place makes everything much easier to keep under control.

Cons

The free plan starts to feel a bit restrictive after some time. The yearly price for a small team of 8 to 10 people also isn't exactly cheap, around $500 to $1000 although I do think the value is there. In the end, I moved to another software because I found a lifetime deal for Plutio.

Pros

Managing tasks feels very practical with it and it does an excellent job handling both teams and projects. It also comes with plenty of integrations and once you spend some time with it, using the platform becomes very natural.

Cons

At the beginning, it can feel a bit complicated though that seems to come from how many different features and possibilities it offers.
