ClickUps user-friendly design especially on mobile devices is commendable Ive encountered instances where software undergoes significant changes between desktop and mobile versions but ClickUp maintains consistency well

Everything about ClickUp is excellent except for its bugs on OS Every few weeks the app fails to load anything Although they have improved over time it remains inconvenient particularly when relying on a mobile device while in the field

Its not very intuitive initially and grasping its advanced features takes time Configuring workflows can be complex and time-intensive Additionally scaling for large teams and diverse roles can pose challenges Moreover reports and dashboards are only visible in the most expensive plan

Its straightforward to navigate whether Im tracking individual tasks or collaborating on a project

Cons

It could become burdensome if too many individuals create projects for collaboration

Clickup is so much more than a task list

The interface of ClickUp is quite appealing to me Its predominantly white background with subtle splashes of color creates a visually pleasing and uncluttered design

It can be intricate Although I use it for personal tasks and have attended numerous training sessions since I dont share it with team members Im uncertain if Im leveraging it to its fullest potential

Personally I find ClickUps interface most appealing Its inviting and intuitive once you delve into it and I appreciate the vibrant colors and modern feel The inclusion of features like notes and various templates adds to its appeal

What I find bothersome is the clutter I wish there were something akin to bases to separate different tasks akin to Airtable This would facilitate accessing tasks and documents The hierarchical folder model feels somewhat cluttered and the last time I used it I struggled with properly utilizing formulas which proved frustrating

ClickUp encompasses all the necessary features and boasts excellent overview and calendar integration functionalities Im particularly fond of the dashboard view and calculation options

Cons

This might not be the ideal choice for beginners seeking simplicity it can feel overwhelming Moreover the free version lacks some of the options I require
