Pros

Clinked has streamlined our communication within our internal teams, eliminating endless email threads. It serves us as a centralized space where we can share files, discuss projects and keep everyone on the same page. It is like having a virtual workspace dedicated to each client. This has significantly improved our efficiency and even client satisfaction. Clinked also simplifies communication and collaboration for any business.

Cons

At the moment, nothing specific that I dislike comes to mind.

Very pleased with the efficiency to handle temporary or transient data, flowing in both directions

Pros

We are highly satisfied with the efficiency that Clinked offers for handling temporary or transient data in both directions. It benefits us and our stakeholders by providing confidence in identifying shared data which eliminated version control issues and the confusion of navigating through folders. Once the data has completed its lifecycle, we quickly and permanently delete it from Clinked. We also like the protection Clinked provides for our data, eliminating the need to rely on email for sharing information. Email poses significant risks, such as personal data being accessed by third-party email archives and eavesdropping mailbox bots. Clinked helps us reduce the number of files needed to manage version control. Occasionally, when we do need to use email, we simply paste Clinked's web link to the folder or document which simply allows stakeholders to log in and instantly access the document while keeping it safely outside the email system. Clinked's technical support has always been responsive, quickly addressing any issues we are facing. They also provide a suggestion box service for future development work.

Cons

There isn't much to mention in terms of cons. We like this simple software that meets our basic needs.

Clinked has great tools for communication and projects

Pros

We majorly use Clinked to communicate with suppliers and clients. The instant messaging and progress tracking tools both works amazingly for us. Before Clinked, we had to use multiple tools, and our information was scattered across different platforms. It was something that poses a security risk. Now, we can securely keep everything on one portal, thanks to Clinked's excellent support and secure platform.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike. The support team has been amazing in handling all our cases.

It is a valuable client portal with the white labeling feature which gives it a professional appearance and also provide an efficient way to communicate with clients and track progress. The real-time communication with clients is exactly what we needed and furthermore Clinked ensures security in the process.

I love that Clinked combines multiple tools into one dynamic platform which gives client confidence, allow them to communicate and make them feel secure.

Cons

I had initially hoped for an integrated email aggregator within the platform, but Clinked is designed to replace email as the primary means of communication. It serves as an all-in-one communication hub, gradually ending the importance of emails.

Reliable Product

Pros

Security is very important for us, and Clinked has successfully provided this to us. As someone who isn't the most tech-savvy, I found the setup process easily manageable. Additionally, the support team is always in reach and very helpful. They also understand the fact that not all users are tech experts.

Cons

The pricing could be more competitive, but after experiencing all the features, I believe it is justified.

Surprisingly useful

Pros

In the beginning I had doubts when our faculty decided to use Clinked, but to my surprise the software has significantly improved our work environment. It is very easy to use for storing and sharing files. Clinked has made grading processes easier and has helped me organize my classes more effectively.

Cons

I don't have any major issues with Clinked, but it would be better if we could access all the features through the mobile app as well.

One of the things I love about Clinked is its white-labeling feature, which allows my branding to be prominently displayed to clients. This builds their confidence and makes it easier for me to get them on board. The platform ensures secure data storage and access, and we can easily control permissions to meet the legal requirements in Australia. With unlimited groups, individual branding, kanban boards, project management and a host of other features, Clinked offers everything we need. And the cherry on top is the top-notch support!

Clinked has become an integral part of my daily routine for connecting with my contractors securely and professionally. It provides a wide range of options for managing my documents and tasks, and I can even track if a contractor has downloaded a file, which is very helpful. The platforms security features make it a trustworthy choice for sharing sensitive information in a professional manner.

Cons

There's not much to mention. However, I highly recommend watching the Getting Started guide, which greatly assisted me in quickly setting up the platform.

Pros

Implementation and integration are a both quite simple and the customer support is absolutely fantastic. In fact, it is the exceptional customer support that motivated me to write this review. Unlike other apps where you have to dig through countless help articles, Clinked's support team rolls up their sleeves and actively helps resolve any issues. 10/10!

Cons

I wasted countless hours on other SAS applications which causes me unnecessary stress, when they had a product that fulfilled 90% of my requirements.

The best value for money for a VDR

Pros

Virtual Data Rooms can be very expensive, especially for large transactions. However, Clinked offers an affordable alternative that have all the necessary functionality of a VDR. The permissions system is very user-friendly. When sharing documents with another company you have to ensure that they cannot download them, and the good thing is that Clinked simplifies this process. Moreover, the "audit trail" feature provides valuable insights into what each user viewed and for how long, offering a deeper understanding of their priorities. The icing on the cake is the full white-labeling capability which ensure your brand takes center stage throughout the platform and adding an extra layer of professionalism.

Cons

Like with any product, there is always room for improvement. Having more integrations would be nice, even though it already supports Zapier.

What impressed me was the ability to personalize the menus in each portal.

Cons

For someone like me who dislikes managing client documents and tasks in email inboxes. It is where Clinked comes in. It is an essential tool. With this product you can store all the files at one location securely. Once I log in to the Clinked web platform, I have access to collaboration tools like file sharing, group chat, task management, discussions, calendars and more. These features comes in very handy when maintaining organization with clients. Once you Onboard a customer you can provide them with a private and secure workspace which facilitates communication and offers a clearer understanding of tasks at hand. I also like Clinked's abundance of webinars that help maximize platform usage, and their support team is exceptionally kind.

Cons

When switching the dashboard to a different language, there is room for improvement in the translations. Enhancing this aspect would significantly improve the platform's native feel for clients who primarily operate in languages other than English. Apart from that, the platform is quite impressive with its remaining features, leaving little room for complaints.
