Additionally, Clinked prioritizes security and data protection as it offers features such as access controls, permission settings and encrypted data transmission. These security measures ensure the safeguarding of sensitive information and the maintenance of confidentiality.

Cons
Personally, I haven't started using Clinked's project management features yet, mostly because I'm accustomed to a more visual approach and prefer using Trello cards instead.

The Clinked team is really helpful and professional. We have loved using it for our organization. Clinked makes it simple to share files and generate content within a team. They have also built a private cloud for my company (at an added cost) that can be utilized for a variety of purposes. We mainly use it to store files, which aids the aforementioned sharing between team members without the worry of individual users space running out.
Cons
The private cloud is the backbone of our operations, but its difficult to customize at our end. We would love greater control over storage allocations and user access. It is still very functional though, so dont get me wrong. Just a little more flexibility and customization from within the platform, and it would be perfect.

Clinked has an excellent business portal. It gives me peace of mind that all of my data is saved with encryption and made available for future reference. I can download and share whichever file I want right from the app itself. Or I can have my clients login and take a look themselves. Several persons can participate, which is beneficial to the client. Everything, from files to debates, is in one convenient location. Ive been using it every day for almost a year. I strongly suggest it.
Cons
Even when extended, the picture download box is relatively small. And though it boasts a lot of the same capabilities as Google Docs, it comes with no spell check, not even as an add-on. This is extremely inconvenient and time-consuming, especially for clients. Other than this, I have no complaints as the software runs smoothly and never breaks down. The support team is good at helping with small issues that come up every now and then.

“Its so easy to use!”

Clinked has been helpful in several ways and it’s amazing how well it manages everything. The best thing by far is the client portal. After a plan upgrade, I was able to utilize all the capabilities of the software without much effort. My clients find the software easy to use as well since I ask them to share all the information with me through the platform for better tracking accountability. I enjoy how the activity stream displays who did what and when in chronological order.
Cons
They had marketed the Tasks feature so heavily that it became one of the reasons I chose to switch to this software. I was surprised to learn that I needed to upgrade in order to use Tasks in all of my groups. I was able to use only a few of them in select groups with the previous plan, but theyve imposed a need to upgrade to use them in all groups. And thats not actually the bad thing about it. The issue is that the price jump between plans is substantial. I believe I can get more in another software for the same price.

What I loved best about the software is its clear, well-organized, and user-friendly design. In just a few minutes, we were able to redesign the complete customer interface with our own logo, custom domain name, favicon, and headers for each group/client. I really enjoy how I can incorporate Google Docs inside the portal as well as embed media from various websites such as Youtube, Vimeo, Fleeq, Brandquiz, and so on. They also have a solid mobile app, which makes everything easier to access.
Cons
Clinked seriously lacks integrations with third-party products, especially the ones that we already utilize. Adobe Sign is the major integration that we do not have. Furthermore, the storage for the plan we purchased is extremely limited, thus many people are recommending investing in Google Drive, OneDrive, and other services. The member constraints are also a disadvantage because we must constantly check for available license due to the license limit.

I have been on the hunt for an all-in-one solution, and finally my search ends with Clinked! I am not joking as I was searching for a very long time. As an attorney, it is important for me to keep my discussions, thoughts and documents organized and secure. I haven't come across a solution as elegant as this one. Other options either fail to meet specific needs or lack proper execution. The white-label feature is a fantastic addition; clients perceive the portal as an extension of our brand which eliminates any hesitations when introducing a new tool. Another feature I love is the notification digest. We are quite busy and getting every notification immediately would overwhelm me. Clinked offers a way to stay updated on what is happening in my firm without drowning in notifications. There's another tool within Clinked that I am eager to explore but haven't had the time yet: document annotations. Clinked provides a preview of uploaded documents, and the preview feature allows for annotations that dynamically update the shared record. Every time I think I'm done praising Clinked in this review, another exciting feature comes to mind. So, I'll mention this last feature that I can't get enough of linking. Clinked allows for discussions, task scheduling, calendar events, document uploads, and note-sharing. Each of these features supports linking, and when adding links, it provides an organized list.
Cons
The drawbacks of Clinked are not deal-breakers by any means, but there is room for improvement. The help videos feel more like marketing materials, and sometimes the help documentation has gaps, requiring users to find solutions on their own. The gaps are not significant and mostly relate to combining certain features to achieve desired outcomes. The other aspect I wish was different is the user interface. While everything is well-organized, it looks somewhat outdated, resembling an internal company server. The solution doesn't have to be overly complicated; even the ability to add our own CSS would suffice. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, but I hope this feedback serves as valuable input for Clinked.

It's so easy to set up, and it puts everything I want to share or upload right at my fingertips. Thanks to the mobile app, I can access it on my tablet, phone, or desktop. I have the freedom to design and embed information in my pages and share them with specific individuals. Additionally, it includes project management features for collaboration, although it's not specifically designed for Gantt charts or task allocation.
Cons
I encountered difficulties with some of my clients emails (the CLINKED firewall didn't accept them!). It is challenging to provide a prompt response within less than 7 days! I couldn't figure out how to sync my Google Calendar with my events (maybe it's not possible).

Setting up and using Clinked is not an issue. I invite my clients to share information with me through this platform, and it's pretty self-explanatory. I particularly like the activity feed, which displays a chronological order of who did what.
Cons
I was surprised that I had to upgrade to use Tasks in all of my groups. I suppose you can use some of them in certain groups with the $99/month plan, but you need to upgrade to use them in all groups. The price jump to the next level is substantial, so I'm exploring other options since tasks are the most important feature for me.
