“Great portal for my design business”
Pros
Clinked allows me to communicate with my customers on their projects, providing all the necessary assets, comments and more within the portal. I no longer have to navigate through third-party websites like Dropbox, Drive, Messenger, or email to keep projects on track. The only project-related tool I use outside of Clinked is my billing software.
Cons
I wish the interface had a more appealing look and offered more customization and white labeling features.

“I LOVE Clinked”
Pros
Clinked is an essential tool in my agency's arsenal. It's a comprehensive client management tool that allows me to store all tasks, assets, files, and plans in the cloud for each client. I can manage multiple client portals and quickly see what each client is doing. The ability to customize the look and feel, remove branding, and provide clients with their own sign-on is invaluable for staying on top of their feedback.
Cons
It is expensive to add a large number of reviewers. You don't want to invite the entire company of your clients as reviewers. Including only the key stakeholders is sufficient.

Pros
With Clinked, sharing files and creating content within a team is not difficult. It also offers the ability to create a private cloud for various purposes tailored to your business needs.
Cons
Our private cloud is highly functional, but it's challenging to customize from our end as customers. I would prefer more flexibility and customization options within the platform.

“Client Portal branded for your Business”
Pros
The software's clean and organized interface is what I liked the most. It's incredibly user-friendly. We were able to rebrand the entire customer portal with our logo, custom domain name, favicon, and headers for each group or client in just a few minutes. I love the feature that allows me to embed Google Docs, as well as media from external websites like YouTube, Vimeo, Fleeq, Brandquiz, etc. The mobile app access is a huge plus. Our existing and new clients absolutely love it!
Cons
What we liked the least about Clinked is the lack of integrations with the other software we currently use. The only integration available is Adobe Sign, which we don't have. Additionally, the storage limitations of our purchased plan are quite restrictive, so many users suggest integrating with Google Drive, OneDrive, etc. The member limitations are also a setback since we constantly need to monitor available licenses due to the license limit.

Pros
Clinked stands out as a customer portal or workplace, sometimes referred to as an extranet. What sets it apart from similar products is the ability to brand each workplace for individual customers. We've received excellent compliments from some of our customers.
Cons
Currently, Clinked doesn't include video chat in the platform, and based on what we've learned, there are no immediate plans for it. That's unfortunate because integrating video chat functionality would make it more comprehensive and eliminate the need for another tool. So, I hope that Clinked will reconsider this in the future.

Clinked is a splendid software that greatly facilitates client interactions. It provides a centralized location for all information. Downloading files and receiving client comments is straightforward. It's an excellent portal widely used for business purposes.
Cons
When discussing cons, I would mention that this software has a small picture download box even after enlarging. Another downside is the absence of a spell check feature, which confuses clients and take a significant amount of time.

Pros
Using this application has been a wonderful experience. It allows me to communicate with both employees and clients excellently. I can organize group calendars, manage projects, and handle document downloads of any file type.
Cons
I really enjoy using the platform, and I don't have any complaints. Perhaps it will continue to evolve over time, but I'm satisfied with its current state.
