Early experiences by administrator

Pros

There are several advantages: 1) The search function helps me find team members. 2) Booking personal spaces is a unproblematic. 3) Using Microsoft and the Condeco add-in to book meeting rooms is quite helpful. 4) The booking grid provides a comprehensive view of available resources.

Cons

The installation process was difficult, especially when it came to connecting the room's note pads properly. We would like to integrate meeting rooms into existing meetings.

Pros

It is simple to use and the support team is quick to respond.

Cons

Occasionally, it can be very slow. It lacks consistent functionality to close desks on specific days. There are frequent synchronization issues with Exchange rooms. It doesn't offer the option to select all desks and relocate them to a different location, floor or group.

Condeco Review - 9.11.23

Pros

Compared to other solutions we assessed, Condeco proved to be the most intuitive according to our end-user testers. It also satisfied the requirements we were seeking in a resource management solution.

Cons

I believe the administrative side of the portal could be more proactive and organized. It feels like you have to navigate through multiple menu sections to complete tasks that should ideally be streamlined within a single menu and process flow. It would be beneficial to have all Condeco portals consolidated into one, eliminating the need to switch between them for administrative tasks (e.g., Condeco Portal, Vendor Portal, Support Portals).

Very good tool, generally stable system, very good support.

Pros

Accessing Condeco seamlessly across devices is not a problem and the deployment process is also easy. The support channel is also top-notch.

Cons

The mobile app can sometimes be unstable, resulting in frequent logouts for users. The instructions and know-how are tailored and not always simple. The transition from Exchange Sync to Smart Calendar proved to be more challenging and requires a second test tenant in Azure.

Condeco Meeting Room & desk booking

Pros

The product is stable and user-friendly. The web app covers almost all our needs, and the Vendor and Visitor sections are particularly useful. The integration with Outlook's smart calendar is also convenient.

Cons

If you are new to desk/room booking products, it's advisable to plan advanced usage carefully before submitting the setup spreadsheet. Additionally, deciding early on whether you plan to use SSO is important. Initially, getting the Outlook add-in to work properly was difficult and required several project meetings to get it up and running. This might have been due to the recent release of Office 365. Unfortunately, the Outlook add-in needs significant development to become a complete product, and the promised additions should have higher priority on the product roadmap.

Excellent desk/meeting room booking system

Pros

The ease of use, especially the ability to access it on a mobile phone. Being able to book personal spaces and meeting rooms through Outlook is a great advantage.

Cons

The inability to book personal spaces more than 5 weeks in advance is a limitation.

Recently, Condeco introduced Condeco Analytics and a Reporting section, in addition to the existing features for conference room and car booking.

Cons

There are synchronization issues between ORF and Condeco when it comes to Exchange sync. We have faced Out of Sync (OOS) problems multiple times from the user's perspective.

Meets so many needs in one product

Pros

Personally, what I find most valuable is the ability to easily reschedule meetings, which we jokingly refer to as "room Tetris," in order to optimize our use of meeting rooms. Among the solutions we've explored, Condeco stands out as the easiest to use. The support team is also fantastic, always ready to assist when something isn't working or provide suggestions for improvement.

Cons

We can't think of anything at the moment, but our account team keeps us informed about upcoming features, and we also have the option to log ideas.

Highly user-friendly, easy to use and deploy.

Cons

There is no entity in Saudi Arabia and the support has been extremely poor. Incorrect updates pushed to devices caused damage, and currently, we have 11 non-functioning devices. We have been struggling to get them fixed since a long time but there has been no resolution so far.

Pros

Having used both Condeco and another in-house software for desk booking, I highly recommend Condeco due to its ease of use.

Must have tools for stay productive

Pros

The customer support is excellent, providing hassle-free assistance when needed. It is user-friendly and easy to learn. Additionally, the attendance recording feature is what I liked the most. One notable feature is the ability to find colleagues easily and recover room schedules with ease.

Cons

Personally, I have no dislikes with this tool/system. It is simply excellent in keeping my organization productive.
