Fairly decent meeting toom booking software

Pros

It seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Exchange, allowing me to check meeting room availability and book meetings on my own.

Cons

The permissions model is complicated, and we have experienced numerous backend server problems that can be challenging to troubleshoot.

Works well and does the job

Pros

The graphical interface is appealing and simple to navigate. It's intuitive and makes booking meeting rooms a simple task.

Cons

It would be beneficial to have better integration with Outlook, if possible.

Easy to use booking software for business

Pros

Everything is interconnected, from the rooms to Outlook appointments, creating a smooth workflow. It's a simple yet incredibly useful and efficient program. Once set up, I can simply swipe my badge at a wall unit and book rooms instantly.

Cons

Occasionally, it would fail to communicate with something, and I would receive emails stating that the room I had booked (which I was usually sitting in) is no longer available for me and is open for others to book. It would recommend using the walk-up feature and I did however my experience was quite odd.

Much space for improvement

Pros

The devices they use for the booking software are quite impressive!

Cons

Sometimes, it's not easy to use and can be a bit confusing. I'm not fond of the software's design itself.

Works, but seems dated

Pros

It effectively handles room bookings and syncs with Outlook. The functionality with room display screens is particularly convenient.

Cons

The booking process seems to involve unnecessary steps, and the booking remains even after a meeting is removed. The user experience could be more streamlined.

Bad product

Pros

We installed this software in our office, but unfortunately nothing seems to be working properly. The RFID reader fails to read, the outside room signage displays meetings incorrectly, and the device often freezes. Additionally, I'm having trouble understanding how to make a booking.

Cons

You can get an idea from my previous comment. I did not like anything about this product
