Databasics Timesheets suits our nonprofit organization perfectly. During implementation, the tool accommodated internal restructuring without disruptions. Its ease of use ensures high adoption, and responsive user support, convenient reporting features, and immediate changes make it easy to maintain.
Cons
Users miss access to the complete catalog of projects in the system, especially in multinational companies with numerous projects. A feature to view the entire project catalog would be beneficial.

I appreciate the ability to save time codes and activities, streamlining the process without searching for the same codes every pay period. Accessing timesheets from previous pay periods is easy after logging in.
Cons
Viewing dates/times for the entire pay period in one screen can be challenging. It would be preferable if the entire pay period was visible without horizontal scrolling during the draft mode.

The system provides clear explanations if something doesn't function correctly, and features like saving billing lines to favorites and copy/paste functions save time in future timesheets.
Cons
The time-out feature can be inconvenient. For instance, adding a line/time, and then, during the save, experiencing a time-out requires logging in again and redoing the task.

Using the app for nearly a year, submitting daily time remains quick and simple. The app's efficiency is evident as I can submit time in just four clicks. Support from the team, whether via email or calls, is consistently helpful and prompt. The app's flexibility allows for daily time entry with ease, unlike my previous employer's system that required waiting until Friday or nearing the deadline.

In the past year, major issues have not been encountered. Occasional glitches were resolved by restarting the app.
