The system provides clear explanations if something doesn't function correctly, and features like saving billing lines to favorites and copy/paste functions save time in future timesheets.

The time-out feature can be inconvenient. For instance, adding a line/time, and then, during the save, experiencing a time-out requires logging in again and redoing the task.

Using the app for nearly a year, submitting daily time remains quick and simple. The app's efficiency is evident as I can submit time in just four clicks. Support from the team, whether via email or calls, is consistently helpful and prompt. The app's flexibility allows for daily time entry with ease, unlike my previous employer's system that required waiting until Friday or nearing the deadline.

In the past year, major issues have not been encountered. Occasional glitches were resolved by restarting the app.
