Dolibarr is a breeze to use; I did not need any training. Installing it was a piece of cake, and it does not demand much hardware plus it is packed with features and can be expanded with addons, making implementation a breeze.

The Finnish translation does not serve much purpose. Sure, I could pitch in and translate it myself, but honestly, I am swamped.

I find Dolibarr incredibly easy to use and very stable, allowing me to access it from anywhere.

I can not use it for my production unit. I run a cooperative and need to track my ingredient stock for production.

There is little to no support available, and a significant amount of customization is needed to tailor it to our preferences.

It is like a Swiss Army knife for me, capable of handling everything. I have implemented solutions beyond its core features with ease, all for a fraction of the cost of a licensed ERP.

I find it well organised, easy to use, and very friendly. I appreciate that I can add custom modules, but it requires knowledge of PHP.

I have not seen tasks auto-executed in ages. While backups are fine, there is no restore option on the webpage. It would be great to have a design framework allowing non-PHP programmers to contribute modules or queries to keep things updated.

Pros

As a web-based CRM Suite, this system offers numerous modules for various cases, along with its own Customer Portal and API.

Cons

Some modules within this open-source project are not functioning correctly.

I love how easy it is to use and enable different modules. The availability of modules and support in different countries is a plus.

Cons

The user interface feels outdated, especially when dealing with diverse sets of data. It needs more color and vibrancy.
