“Easy to access and use
Pros
This tool is simple to use and navigate, making everything easily accessible for the whole team in real time while keeping things well-organized. The tagging feature is especially helpful for flagging important emails. Customer support is quick to respond too whenever we have questions.

It would be nice to have a few more customization options available.

“Effortless management of guest inquiries
Pros
Drag makes responding to guest inquiries so much easier and faster. I love using templates for consistent replies especially when multiple team members are involved. Overall it really helps in streamlining the process of managing responses from the same inbox.

I have not really found much to complain about as nothing stands out as a real downside.

“Affordable Solution for Non-Profits
Pros
It definitely improved our customer support. Our organization dealt with a lot of external email traffic, and it was challenging to keep track of conversations. Drag solved this problem for us. The main reason we chose it over other competitors was the price, it was at least three times cheaper for our non-profit and the functionality differences were minimal.
Cons
Well, I noticed it's missing some of the advanced features that other alternatives offer.

“Allows efficient email management
Pros
Drag is an excellent tool for communication and collaboration. It organizes emails and tasks in one shared workspace, making teamwork smoother and reducing clutter. Also it is a real productivity booster and I'd highly recommend it for teams wanting better email management.

I have no issues to report. Honestly I'd say give it a try as it's totally worth the price.

“Offers top-class customer support
Pros
We implemented this software to manage a shared inbox set up as a Google alias. This way our team can view incoming messages and assign them to the right person, ensuring we don't miss or duplicate responses, it is great for managing our inbox and let's us keep track of tasks that still need to be done. Customer support has been extremely helpful too even more than I expected.
Cons
Occasionally it gets a bit glitchy and requires a refresh or toggle to get it working properly again.

“GET SCAMMED
Pros
They are helpful before they grant me access.
Cons
A year ago, I fell victim to a scam by DRAGAPP.COM LIMITED ([sensitive content hidden]). I paid $160.80 for test access to their tool. Surprisingly, there was no option to agree to the regulations or give consent for data processing during the purchase. To my dismay, after a year of having my card connected, the company charged me $384 without my authorization. What's worse, the tool doesn't provide an option to unlink card data, and I had to contact them through a form to request it. I'm worried that my payment card details may have been compromised, and I've been cheated out of $384.

“Don't waste your time and money. Dragapp couldn't care less about its users
Pros
I appreciated the full integration of Dragapp into the Gmail system. With a simple click on the Dragapp button, I could easily adjust the settings within Gmail. The advertised features caught my attention (if only they worked!).
Cons
None of the drip automations actually functioned! The customer support was nonexistent. They ignored my emails and failed to respond to any of my questions. Even when I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund via email, they simply ignored it. It's astonishing that in 2024, on a venture-backed Saas platform, you still have to email them to cancel your subscription. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

“Bad product and terrible customer service
Pros
The promise is enticing, but there are numerous bugs when using Gmail, and the administration is not user-friendly. What's worse, the responsiveness is abysmal, making it nearly impossible to use on my mobile device.
Cons
Only a few features work properly, and the responsiveness is extremely poor. But the most concerning issue is their questionable sales practices. When we tried to cancel our annual subscription at the time of the transaction, their response was disheartening: "We can confirm your account has been cancelled. Your last billing cycle was initiated on the 3rd of February 2024, and your cancellation request was made on the 5th of February 2024, so we cannot issue a refund in this case." It's an act of bad faith towards customers, as they take money without providing any services or showing any compassion. When customer service is this terrible, it speaks volumes about the overall quality of the company. It's better to work with more ethical individuals.

“Gmail has never been this organized.
Pros
Drag offers shared inboxes and groups which is the key to promoting collaboration in our office. The kanban inbox style, which includes notes, attachments, internal tagging, and automations to auto-sort email, has significantly increased our teams productivity. Every day, our organization receives a tremendous volume of emails in our shared inboxes, and prior to deploying Drag, emails were occasionally lost or responses were sluggish. Drag has actually improved the already flawless Gmail and made it something to totally rely on.
Cons
There is almost nothing that I can think of which brings Drag down from perfect. However, there have been instances where a new back-end change to Gmail has occurred and caused Drag to malfunction. This is not an issue with drag itself so I wont count it as a "con". The Drag team typically anticipates these rollouts and there is no problem usually. Even if there is an issue like the one we have faced twice in the last year, they have always rectified it immediately and on the same day.

“Didnt work and we lost hours of productivity
Pros
The customer support made exceptional efforts to assist us.
Cons
It simply didn't work for us. We spent hours following their suggested videos and removing Gmail extensions that could potentially cause conflicts, but none of the solutions provided by their support department worked. Moreover, it feels like just another Gmail folder, which feels like a waste of both time and money.

“More People Need to Know About Drag!
Pros
The functionality for Shared Inboxes & Groups is excellent. The Kanban inbox style, along with notes, attachments, internal tagging, and automation for email sorting, has significantly increased our team's productivity. Given the large volume of emails we receive in our shared inboxes daily, Drag has resolved the issue of lost emails and sluggish responses. The lack of organization and automation was to blame, and Drag has successfully addressed those concerns.
Cons
While it's a rare occurrence, occasionally there are backend updates to Gmail that cause glitches in Drag. The Drag team usually anticipates these rollouts and resolves any issues promptly. However, in the past year, we encountered two instances where there was an issue. Fortunately, they always fixed it quickly, usually on the same day.

“Never again!
Pros
I admire the idea behind this tool, and to some extent, the execution within Gmail.
Cons
Drag slows down Gmail for us and lacks some features. That's somewhat expected. However, what's truly frustrating is the process to cancel the account having to fill out a GOOGLE FORM. Yes, you read that right, a Google form. Even after completing the form, they still charged my credit card, which is incredibly frustrating. In my opinion, it feels like a scam or fraud. Now I need to figure out how to cancel this and get my money back. It's disappointing because it made a good first impression!

“Went for something else
Pros
The user interface is great, and the tool itself is fairly intuitive. It looks clean and well-built, with quick load times.
Cons
I'm someone who filters and archives emails extensively. Unfortunately, if you archive an email, it disappears from the Kanban board unless you specifically ask support to disable this feature. It wasn't clear to me initially, and it became a source of frustration, leading me to switch to something else.

“Unethical Practice
Pros
The software itself was okay, but ultimately I decided not to continue using it.
Cons
Buyers should be cautious. Initially, I made a year-long upfront purchase. After a few months, I stopped using the software, so I didn't plan on renewing. However, 12 months later, I received an email stating that I had been automatically subscribed for another year with invoice details. Obviously, I didn't want this to happen, and given the challenges my events business faced due to Covid, I missed the renewal date. As soon as I received the email, I contacted support to request a refund since I no longer needed the product. Unfortunately, they had already taken the money and refused to provide a refund. There was no remorse or sympathy. It's truly reprehensible.

“Trello For Emails... if you can install it!
Pros
Essentially, it's like Trello for Emails, making it extremely valuable for organizing and managing both client/customer communications and internal tasks. The best part is that it's not limited to emails; it also works with custom task lists, allowing you to set due dates.
Cons
Firstly, it's only available on Chrome, which limits the options for businesses. Secondly, while it's a fantastic tool, installing it can sometimes be quite challenging as the installation link on the website rarely works.

“Drag is genius & gives me so much peace of mind as a business owner wearing many hats!
Pros
Being someone who lives in Gmail and often feels overwhelmed by the sheer volume of emails, I had no method of organization. Things used to slip through the cracks easily, and managing myself was a struggle. I tried using Gmail along with task management apps like Trello or Asana, but they never stuck. That's why I love having my email and task management system in one place. Now, with a quick glance, I know what my day holds, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Cons
The setup process was a bit cumbersome and took me a while to understand and tailor it to my needs and workflow. However, the customer service team is always ready to assist. Having more resources for setup would be beneficial!

“Enhanced focus and peace of mind
Pros
The most noticeable improvement for me has been the ability to open my mail and instantly know what's happening at a glance. This frees up mental resources, giving me peace of mind. I also use the GTD method to organize my tasks. Each day, I follow GTD's algorithm to process my inbox: 1. If something takes less than 2 minutes, I do it and archive the email. 2. If I can delegate it, I do so and either archive the email or move it to "Doing" for follow-up. 3. If I want to do it myself, I move it to "Doing." This is a significant improvement over having a separate list of tasks outside of my mail. Many emails don't need to become tasks in an external app and can be managed more easily with Drag. This reduces the overhead of creating tasks and following up elsewhere, streamlining my workflow and increasing productivity.
Cons
So far, I haven't experienced any drawbacks in using Drag. However, I do miss certain functionalities. Specifically, I wish there was a way to defer emails I don't want to address immediately until a later date. Google's Inbox Mail App already has this feature, and I find it essential as part of the GTD algorithm I mentioned earlier.
