“I'm all about that eBase, 'bout that eBase, no trouble!

Pros

I find it very intuitive, easy to navigate, and visual. I love that I can edit and see changes in real-time. Plus, the "Switch To" function is amazing for troubleshooting user problems.

Cons

It is easy to miss important updates, like when the text box under WO 'Actions' is filled out, as it only appears in 'History'. Integrating our external absent management software into eBase without adopting the timesheets module means double data entry. Having an alert for providers exceeding allotted time per week would be helpful.

Using Ebase for our school Board has been fantastic. We have gradually added features as needed, expanding from office staff to on-site and custodial staff. Their customer support is exceptional, always addressing our needs.

Cons

Transitioning our 500-strong staff to this program was a challenge, but Ebase was incredibly helpful with multiple training sessions, even setting up virtual ones to involve everyone.
