Pros

I find it excellent for building patterns for documents and presentations. Client monitoring is simple for me, and the procedures allow my marketing and development teams to produce and maintain documentation effortlessly.

Cons

Although the support team personnel are friendly, I find the company's technical assistance poor since it takes a long time to answer my queries. I've had issues importing a document to transmit because the software becomes bulkier, likely due to the size of the content.
