“Easy to use, collaborative efforts, effortless

Pros

It's incredibly easy to brainstorm ideas as a group with this software. It facilitates open communication through various channels without the need for dialing-in or using multiple platforms. It consolidates all our efforts and encourages collaboration among coworkers and subscribers to our media.

Cons

When we used this software at Hilton, it seemed to be in beta-testing mode, not fully realizing its potential. However, I'm confident that it has grown exponentially since then. It would be beneficial to have more direction and training materials available for users to better understand the program.
