The software is cost-effective, easy to navigate and a easy to set up, even for first-time users.

One of the features I'm not fond of is how prominently FC is displayed on the client side. I prefer the software I use to have a more behind-the-scenes presence when interacting with clients. Unfortunately, all emails and communications from me to clients are filled with FC logos and texts, which doesn't align with my firms desired behind-the-scenes approach.

The Workflow feature is a standout for me. It allows me to easily view and sort projects.

The Time Tracking feature isn't very comprehensive. It's a small icon at the top, and I often forget to turn it off after completing a project.

It is quite user-friendly. I have experimented with various project management platforms, and they all seemed cumbersome and time-consuming. However Financial Cents is the one that served me well so far.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this platform. It does everything I need it to do and is so easy to use. The support is exceptional, although the knowledge base is so well-crafted that I haven't needed to ask any questions. I wish I had discovered it much earlier. I've tried three other platforms to manage the accounting cycle, and Financial Cents surpasses them all. I never thought I could afford something this fantastic, but it's priced very reasonably. It's an incredible value.

I am patiently waiting for the full implementation of Gmail integration. It would be better if the client chat feature were more prominent on the dashboard, as it's currently a bit buried.

Adding and managing projects is a breeze. The reminders for clients are a game-changer. We appreciate not having to keep track of document requests from clients separately and being able to communicate with them through Financial Cents.

Financial Cents is user-friendly, intuitive and well-organized. They have a great library of short videos that explain various features and provide setup instructions. I've found that documenting my processes for each client has been immensely helpful.

The software excels in all the basics, but there are a few "nice-to-haves" that are missing. The good news is that Shahram is highly receptive to feedback and continuously improves the product based on user suggestions. I won't deduct any points here because I'm confident that the missing items will be included soon.
