Cons

Pros
With the to-do lists and client portals set up, I don't have to constantly chase clients. They can ask questions and I can add accountability tasks for them, which are automatically reminded. Everything is highly customizable, including the reminder emails.
Cons
The platform is still growing and lacks certain features, such as bulk movement in the document system, but they are actively working on it. They excel at listening to input from end-users.

I am excited about transitioning from Asana to this all in one solution specifically designed for bookkeeping. FinancialCents will merge multiple software we currently use, such as Asana, Boomerang, LastPass, and more. We are always searching for efficient ways to accomplish our work, and FinancialCents was the obvious next step. The AI emails are extremely helpful, and the automated email sending upon task completion is a great feature. Automation is essential.
Cons
FinancialCents consistently incorporates user feedback and makes improvements accordingly. At this point, I don't have any complaints.
