Fiverr offers a great app to Freelancer

Pros

Great look and feel , the user experience and design features are modern and easy for me to use. Many customization options and integration (Stripe) come with the freemium plan.

Cons

I am new to using AND CO, therefore my only comments are on the adding to the knowledge base cases, videos, and documentation that entice the users into upgrading to their premium plan. I don't know what I don't know and assume that I am only using 20% of what the tool can offer.

The cheapest freelancer hour tracking software out there.

Pros

I used to be on Upwork, but they took too much of a cut from my paycheck. I found out about And.co and immediately switched. Fiverr Workspace is just as good, if not better. They allow me to break down my daily work into subcategories and give many more options than Upwork did.

Cons

They only allow one contract now before having to pay them on a subscription.

A freelancer's friend

Pros

What I like about the software is the features it gives me as a freelance designer. I love how everything integrates together. I can do project timers, create and send out proposals and invoices, and even make simple to-do lists. Everything is front and center in a neatly designed user interface. Another bonus of the app is the accommodating service team. They are even open to feature requests from users.

Cons

When I started using the software, there was indeed a learning curve to get through. But after that, and with constant updates and improvements, the app became more and more user-friendly,they listen to user feedback.

Great All-In-One Tool For Entrepreneurs

Pros

I like all of the features, such as contracts, invoices, timekeeping, etc.

Cons

It used to be free, and now they changed to a subscription model.

ABSOLUTELY essential for Freelancer's!!

Pros

It is a one-stop-shop for managing my small business. I can manage clients, create beautiful professional invoices with my logo on them, proposals, track expenses, payouts, income, tasks, projects, and so much more! I wouldn't be successful without Fiverr Workspace!

Cons

I wish it was a better task manager with metadata like the time needed to complete a task, categories, and better visual separation of individual project tasks. Lastly, the contract and invoice editing capabilities could be a LITTLE better. It seems like their goal is ease of use, and they nailed that to the wall.

Saving Time and Making Paperwork Suck Less

Pros

This software saves my time, focusing on the most important features to streamline my freelance billing, invoicing, time tracking, and expense tracking. There are not lots of features I do not need, and the interface is very clean - as are the pre-made templates for invoices, proposals, etc.

Cons

I'd love to be able to add team members or send receipts to a central AND CO account from multiple email addresses. I've shared this with customer service and been told these types of features are in the works. The only other issue I've had with the software is some bugs with modifying start time or duration in the Time Tracking feature. For example, if it's 10 a.m. and I need to create an entry saying I spent 1 hour at 9:00 a.m. working on X task, the system sometimes fails to record the start time, or I may have to enter the data multiple times before it saves.

Great program for busy small biz Owners!

Pros

As my business grew, I needed a program that would help keep me organized. Like many of us, I was using several different platforms to invoice and manage my clients and projects. And Co makes everything easy for me.

Cons

I was under the impression this software would be free long-term.

Gave it a shot

Pros

I like the software itself. I tried it out in search of a different proposal, contract, and invoice solution. It was pretty slick and easy to use.

Cons

After purchasing the software, I noticed they're clearly getting greedy, as it's becoming a subscription-based product.

Full-Service Invoicing & Business Management, Steal for the Price

Pros

I primarily use the excellent invoicing and proposal system and appreciate the integrated online payments. Recurring subscriptions are also very useful, as is time tracking, even though I don't use them much. Expense tracking also integrates with my bank accounts and cards, which makes expense tagging very easy.

Cons

The proposals and contracts could have different aesthetic templates to make them a bit easier to read for customers. I'd also love if they added mileage tracking because then I could centralize my entire expense tracking.

It Makes Freelancing a Bit Simpler

Pros

I love that I can use one of the templates to create proposals or documents and then send them directly to my client. That feature saves me so much time and hassle.

Cons

On the flip side, I wish the total wording of the templates were customizable.

Very easy to use and quick customer support

Pros

What I love most about this software is the minimalist approach to something that can become quite complex with other solutions: invoicing and keeping track of my business expenses. Up until now, this is the platform I use for all of this because it's free. They provide updates frequently and keep me up to date. I am also able to track my time, customize invoices, and create contracts that clients can sign.

Cons

I do not like the fact that they seem to be slowly rolling out a paid "Pro" subscription. They seem to have plans to lower the number of clients I can have as a free subscription member. I fear that this will slowly become the norm and the free version will gradually fade away, rendering this solution useless to me. In terms of actual functionality, I have not found a con to using this software. I get up and running very quickly every day.

A Handy Alternative to Quickbooks

Pros

I found out about AndCo when they got bought by Fiverr. I tried it out and eventually switched from QuickBooks. For starters, it was free and basically did everything I needed. I ended up saving money by switching, as well as obtaining a few handy new features such as the ability to track when my clients open the invoices.

Cons

I wish they had a section where I could track outstanding invoices from a client. What I liked about QuickBooks was that when I sent an invoice, it would show the pending balance and update the total on the new invoice so that it reflected the old balance as well. It would essentially show balances brought over.

Pros

The interface is really simple and so easy for me to create and send invoices. This app by Fiverr is really great.

Cons

They just launched their Pro plan and unfortunately removed other features from the current free plan.

Great tool for freelancers

Pros

I've used AND CO to create proposals and contracts for several years. I really appreciate how simple it is for me to create, sign, and send contracts.

Cons

There are many built-in billing options (per item, per hour, flat rate, etc). I have found that it doesn't work well for multiple billing types in the same proposal, or for ongoing retainers. I've found other solutions for that.

The Free CRM

Pros

And Co is the CRM I was looking for. It is really easy for me to use and free! What else? I tried many CRMs, and this one is the easiest because installing and managing a CRM is not an easy thing. The complicated stuff is gone with And Co.

Cons

And Co is multilingual for the invoicing and email templates, but it is not really multilingual for all functionalities. My customers speak French, so it would be my first choice if it was fully in French.

AND CO aka a life saver for freelancers.

Pros

I barely remember what I did when it came to invoices before AND CO. For someone who is as rotten with numbers and follow-ups as I am, AND CO provides a way for me to send reminders for outstanding invoices without my far-too-British sensibilities of feeling bad about it getting in the way. It's simple, easy, looks good, and the customer service has been fantastic. I recommend AND CO to literally every freelancer I talk to.

Cons

Sometimes invoicing projects is a little difficult to navigate, but I think that's just me.

Great free tool for any consultant

Pros

The price (Free), time tracking, invoices, and handling expenses are all great features for me.

Cons

It can be a bit confusing when making an invoice, especially if I try and change currency. The time tracker could be a bit better in my opinion.
